      yes! feeling to your truest sense is that there's no "appropriate" emotion for any given time, and letting that through is the first step to healing

    👏 Reminder 3 👏!! It is difficult to manage and also fit into others' expectations on how you should feel. What really matters is if you are honest to how you are feeling at the moment.
