I think the only con to barbering is how long it takes to grow a consistent clientele but other than that like you said we literally get paid to chill and listen to music all day lmao😂 anyways dope vid bro👊🏽
I don't consider myself a creative person, but, the creative part of me like editing videos and of course cutting hair. Just did my first cut on a friend in the garage, it was exhausting standing and bending(I didn't guse the pedal enough). But when it was coming to the final product... I was excited and was like "sheeeeshhh". Considering this as a plan B or switch up my decisions for school
Alot of people miss the fact that once you own your shop it becomes a business. Entry of money haircuts. Hair products. Renting chairs. Before and after hours extra fees. And if you feel like selling anything else in your shop is up to you wanna sell shoes put them on the wall wanna sell art put it up. Is limitless and clients can be very supportive
I’m working a 9-5 right now to save up for barber school and I can’t wait to work for myself I wake up everyday thinking I’m only getting 700 with overtime added in one week like working 50 hours for 700$ just bothers me and I know when I get into barbering ima grind and I’ll get to enjoy my life like I want
Aye bro that’s the beauty of barbering man and being your own boss, if you hustle fr the sky is the limit! Wish you good luck and many blessings bro, waiting to see your progression 🙏🏽
i’m in trucking industry but i don’t enjoy it, the money is great. but I love everything about fades and nice haircuts, you think it’s to late for me to learn it? i’m almost 24 :(
It is never too late to switch to the barbering/hair industry brotha! In this industry not only can you make amazing money but you can do so while loving the industry and art! If you're considering switching I highly encourage you to do so, you can start off by ordering some clippers n trimmers and letting your love of the craft take it from there!
