A lighting setup for video making can be really confusing at start! I try to show an easy and budget friendly way to make a good key light and what to think about before buying the parts. If you have any questions, let me know in the comments and I will try to answer as son as I can!

Consider using a DPDT switch next time, up is both lights, centre is off, down is a single light .... Thanks for the video !
PS: You could also put a few vent holes in the top of the box, in most countries those 4 lights would melt the plastic !

What were your camera settings - I have a similar set up but it’s still grainy. Are you able to share what helps you get this output?

I use the auto setting on my camera, a Legria HF R806. It gives me the most in low light and I don't have that many options on this cheap camera. But having a strong light source and have it close to the subject you want to film, will reduce noise. My key light sits around 0.5 meter from my face.
What camera do you have? The settings will differ on a DSLR/Mirrorles and from the camera I use.
My Camera settings: Legria HF R806
Mode: Auto (Best for lowlight on my camera)
      Rec format: MP4
      FPS: 24 fps

I started with the same camera, one thing you can do is record at a lower framerate. If you record at a higher framerate the shutter opens and closes faster, letting in less light.
