I LOVE the in-law suite. These type suites should have direct access to the outside, and this one does. Most Camden models that I've seen don't have it, and I think it's a mistake. I addition to direct access to the outside, I think they should also have a cooktop. I see them with a big ole full size fridge, but no cooktop. I've even seen them with a smaller under counter fridge, which allows a longer counter top, which I think makes sense, and seems a little a more appropiate and practical use of the space.
This area is what makes this model special/unique, and they should give it those finishing touches, like cooktop and outside access to make them complete.

@@iDreamofFloridaHomes I saw the model in a subdivision called Brookhaven in Ocala, FL. The model has the door in the corner of the room. But it has a sign taped to it asking you to "check with the office about new configuration for this door." I thought that they maybe moved it right next to the kitchenette, which I've seen in other videos, which leads directly into the garage. But whe I asked in the office they said that that door has been eliminated. Gone ... not an option.

D.R. Horton has a couple different levels of homes that offer the same footprint but with different options and accessories.
Currently, in a number of areas here in central Florida they have some great incentives which may help with closing costs and/or interest rate.
