Guys, I am hyper focused on how I feel almost non-stop. I get bizarre symptoms even when I feel good. How can I accept this fully? Sometimes a symptom so uncomfortable like dry heaving would be debilitating. I am new to my recovery process. How did you guys overcome a lot of it? Literally just accepting it everyday no matter how bad the symptoms? How did you accept even the hardest aspects of it

@@zoemilinkovic same here. I just feel the rush of adrenaline sometimes and my muscle tension. Other symptoms are almost gone. The thing is I don't find joy in little things like I used to and I'm constantly depressed plus worried, because I don't know who to trust. Some say that CBT and medications help, some say it doesn't. Please tell me how are you feeling now and share some of your experience with me.

My goal is to help people fully overcome bc that was my only goal when I had anxiety. Most people focus on sessions, but if I work with someone - i want them to fully recover. So I work with individuals longer term, which means I’m a bit pickier bc I work with less people :)
