Are you talking about diluted frankincense or straight out of the bottle frankincense applying it to the brain stem area could you please clarify this
I love adding Frankincense Geranium and Lavender to make an anti-age face serum. I change the carrier oil to suit the season or skin condition, I normally just use Rosehip Seed oil. But I love it I use it every night! Frankincense is one of my favs.!

When you say a drop under the tongue is that frankensense essential oil undiluted one drop under the tongue?
Frankie is great for skin, but mixing it w/myrrh is even better. Both are anti-bacterial, anti-fungal and works just as good as retinol. I know the results are about the same, but Idk if F&M is better working. Being that these are natural essential oils I would think it's at least it would be better on some level for your skin. I use a carrier oil like coconut, jojoba, almond, ect., then put several drops of both Frankie & Myrrh! It's Ayurvedic skin care. I find that Ayurveda & acupuncture/acupressure, reflexology and most Eastern medicine is sooooo much better. When I go to a Western Dr. I'm told that I'm in good health for my age. I REALLY AM NOT! i know this 'cause when I see an Eastern Dr. I'm told that I'm all sorts of f*cked up! I didn't know ypu can carry stress in your stomach. Eastern medicine is the was to go!

And it must be diluted in other oils? Which other oils? Can it be used direct without diluting it in other oils or water? Or? I'm in doubt.
You can't use essential oils direct without mix it up with a carrier oil! It's dangerous. Do a research, you can put for example 5-10 drop's of almond or argan oil plus frankincense and myrrh 2-4 max drops. And then you can apply to your face. You will be amazed by the results.
