T is currently being studied as a cure for melanoma. I use it mixed with castor oil on skin cancer spots. Takes a couple of weeks but it works if you get them early.

I read a study that found frankincense to inhibit collagen reproduction as well - am I missing something? I thought that since we don;t produce as much collagen with age we'd want MORE - not less.
Frankincense inhibits excess collagen formation (scars) during wound healing. It doesn't break down existing collagen.
It inhibits collagen III, this type of collagen is what causes scabs and scars

Hi I'm watching from UK. I've been struggling with anal skin tags for a while and I'm seeking specialist treatment. It's really embarrassing for me. Would you recommend frankincense oil/ frankincense diluted water? Thank you!
skin tags are a direct result of lack of thyroid hormone function; take lugols iodine (none other will do); selenium capsules (big dose daily) and tyrosine capsules.

I also have hyper pigmentation and red like sensitive skin and I didn’t know if it would help with the skin tone and texture. I have a lot of rough patches on my face. Also, I have a hydrosol with frankincense and also immortal and rose so I don’t know much about those but I was wondering if you could tell me the benefits if you know
@lisagardner4814 hey Frankincense will help your skin. Start slow by adding one drop.into your daily regimen; am only for the first five days and then continue into pm.
Immortelle is very strong so I would incorporate thay only 2x a week for the first month and them gradually go up. Hope this helps

Found you on you on you TUbe. Too many different answers for how to use frankincense on the face.. I fought Covid for 2 months . Covid ruined my face . I’m 79 and always had beautiful skin and now i don’t and I have age spots on my face as well and skin tags on my neck and chest. I would like to know exactly how to use .

Hi Aaron, it will, but it will take time. You can use Frankincense and Yarrow Pom and a carrier oil mixed together. Gently massage it into the scar.
@@JosephineFusco Hello ma'am, thanks for the reply. I was just wondering whether the 2:1 ratio would work for the scar mark, it's a hot water 2nd degree scar bdw. So for example, if i were to use 10 drops of any carrier oil and 5 drops of Frankincense essential oil, would that be helpful in any way. Because the surface area of the scar mark is quite large. Therefore i wanted to use something more liberally on the scar mark. Awaiting your reply. Thanks in advance.
Yes you absolutely can do that. Use it daily or 2x a day when possible massaged into the skin.

Dear Josephine I have 500 ml of body lotion can i mix it with frankincense if yes how many drops.
You sure can. I would start with 10 drops and see how you like it.
I opt more towards clean body lotions that are unscented and free of endocrine disruptors and then add the Frankincense to it with other essential oils.
