This is perfect and such great information!!! I usually always dilute any oil I use. When taken internally I use a carrier oil in the capsule or if I add a drop to a cup of tea I add just a small pinch of salt to help disburse the EO. And I would also say not to use an essential oil every day for months and months, its good to give your body a break! 🙂 And do your own research 👍💟💟😊

Ok. I just bought some and my first try was the rose I tried a little touch on my wrist and it strongly smells that I don't even know rose or not rose I think I need to definitely to dilute it.

i just receive my starter kit yesterday, are all YLEOs can be taken internally? (just this noon, i diluted one drop of thieves in water and i gargle it)

My question…essential oils need a carrier oil to dilute. Water does not dilute essential oils. Why is it taken internally in water instead of used in a food that contains an oil that the EO is mixed with?

Can you tell me why any essential oil would not be okay for internal use? Also, I am wanting to create my own perfume with oils. If I were to use a citrus, would it really be advised still to avoid the sun or is it diluted pretty well then? I don't even know what makes up perfume besides essential oils, tbh, but I'd want to make lotion too, possibly. I just want to have cruelty-free products, basically and do them myself for my pennies.

Internal use of any essential oils can damage the mucous membranes in your digestive tract which is why they aren't safe to use internally.
I prefer the 7 basic anointing oils that are subscribed in the scriptures

These are not lipids. In truth, they are not the " oils" of plants. Wow..
So extremely unethical to promote the use of internal use and neat use. People have had severe reactions!
