I’ve heard great things about The Tools - and looked online to find out more. Thank you so very much for explaining the concepts much more fully than I have found on any other videos - looking forward to reading the book - I appreciate your presentation & am so impressed with how well you speak English (better than many Americans in the USA 😆)
Hah, that's awesome, Tatuco! (My purpose with this video has been fulfilled: Get one person to BRING!!! IT!!!! OOOOOON!!!!! when he/she needs to do something uncomfortable. Did it several times today myself, hah. : ) Here's to Actualizing as we keep bringing on the pain and fear! Frode, beaming good wishes from Norway
What if using the ‘Jeopardy’- imagining your deathbed do the exact opposite? What if I fantasize the final moment or wished it would happen right away, can’t wait it or makes me to think ‘uh, what is the point of me trying if the end is inevitable kinda thoughts instead of the ‘urgency that sparks the freewill’? Could someone please help me to find what I am missing? In the book someone asked a similar question what if I can’t use the tool Jeopardy’, Barry answered no matter how demoralized or lazy you are, if you’re alive and conscious, you have enough energy to make some tiny effort in your own behalf. But I don’t think it answers my question unlike all of the other great answers I have for every question and doubt I had😢
I love your tape. I listen and listen to the shadowtool, but still don ‘t understand it how and why. I just don ‘t get it. How can a shadow of negativity give you help on the moment you are nervous allready? 😮😮😢
Haha, funny you should mention that, Fabio! :-) Yes, you're right, I did get a bit upset, but after I began meditating (centering calmly on the sensation of your breath) about 1 year ago, it's quite easy to get back into a balanced mood again. Smacking *high fives* from Norway, Frode
I'm proud of getting an high five from you bro. I've seen some of your videos posted on Leo Gura's forum and I really like your works. Some friends of mine told me that Norway is such a nice place! Happy new year! Fabio, from Italy
Thank you for your kind words, Fabio. You can tell your friends that a Norwegian guy said, "Yes, Norway IS a very nice place, especially with its majestic mountains!" (Though they might not stand a chance against the beautiful Italian Alps.) I'm thrilled, by the way, to have spoken to an Italian; after studying Leonardo da Vinci's biography (by Walter Isaacson), I've become inspired to learn the Italian language and emulate Leo. How do you like your language, Fabio? And if you were to learn a new one fluently, what would it be? Cheers! Frode
I see the Alps very well from Como ;) Oh yes, I like my language, but I think almost everyone likes their one. The Italian language is not so easy, but Chinese is worse ahaha. You can try, I bet you learn quickly. Actually, I still have to become fluent in English, especially in the speaking hahaha. Anyway, soon I'll start learning some French at the university. Cheers!
You're off at a good start with your English writing, so I believe you'll gain fluency with some good ol' practice! :) Ah, French is also a beautiful language; I wish you good luck and good effort in learning it at the University!
Hi my Norwegian buddy Awesome video Let s recap 1 you picture you experience the pain in your mind 2 you say ..bring it on . Then u transport the pain into it 3 you dramatize the pain you become one with it 4 you scream to urself .. I love the pain Am I doing it right? Thanx Claude PARIS.
That's right, Jonathan! I love Åre; used to go there skiing in the awesome slopes every year when I was younger. Are you hanging out there by yourself at times? Transporting *knuckle bumps* from Norway to Åre, Sweden!
