Got the book and now-going back to your interviews. So very valuable-truly life changing.
Regarding the shadow, i was thinking of something. We can see it as having a master degree in suffering, not as something to be ashamed of. It's a way to see the world that we got to experience. Like a trip we did and we put the pictures in an album that we preciously keep with us. We are not immortel so, anything we do in life (even going through shit) is a blessing.
Mindfulness is to be present to everything we are doing at the moment whether it is new and exciting or routine. It is very important and can be life altering. People don't think of mindfulness as "intensity" ,but when one is mindful he is intensely living present to the moment.

Brian you are such a magnificent person. I'm so happy to be apart of your monthly membership. The tools was a book that was given to me and it was one of the most fascinating books that I've ever read. Barry and Phil understand something that most people don't. I've never accepted conventional wisdom at its core so I gravitated to their wisdom like a moth to a flame. Tapping into these unseen forces is our life's work as far as I'm concerned. Phenomenal interview. Thank you.
