- One was fired for using excessive force, another for a domestic violence arrest. One is back with the SAPD after video showed him use the n-word during an arrest.
You can’t send a tyrant, to a different agency and expect a different outcome from them. Take their license away.

When did Salvaggio hire these officers? As of 2020, there have not been any African American city councilmen that I'm aware of.
There isn't there's a handful of African Americans on the police dept that's it and there in no position of power to change anything. I think being ordered to anger management DOES preclude one from being a police officer. Needing anger management certainly doesn't point to cool and calm in relating with the public..

Salvaggio was fired on Friday. In his tenure, he is responsible for false arrests, fraudulent search warrants, perjury to a Federal Judge during a deposition, interjecting himself into governance, attempted to become City Manager the day before an election where those who supported him were voted out by over 70% of the vote, and this month attempted to extort council first with a departure agreement demanding 160K, then retracting and demanding over 700K. Salvaggio is a defendant, along with the City of Leon Valley in multiple lawsuits for civil rights violations, false arrest, excessive force and entrapment. Yet, during this entire time KSAT didn't cover any of it and probably won't.

I was thinking the same thing. pretending to be a rosa hente, to them your are considered a token acting like them will not make u them that's just goes to show how low some of us will go just to be accepted. But when the smoke clears they will be thrown in jail unlike their oppressors.

Well 3 officers would come to use the restrooms at my job and would use our massage chairs and beds while on the clock and I would be cleaning and would leave when a call would come in the at the Mexican restaurant close by they would get their food around 545 550 and their shift would end at 6 and they would ask for free tacos for waiting.
As soon as these officers step out of line, sue! The new hiring agency needs to be held accountable for being stupid.

There are thousands of new young graduates with good character who could begin careers. Why hire "retreads" with violent assaultive histories? Why hire "retreads" who say "stupid things"? To save on expensive training costs. Money that will eventually be lost to these cheap stupid Chiefs, and Cities when the assaultive cops do it again. Judges in future civil cases will rightly multiply awards to future victims of the criminal cops precisely because the Department, and City knew in advance of the risk, and danger.
Leon Valley should not be able to have their own police department.
