After watching your videos comparing MT-54 and SK-04 I decided to get SK-04 I use it for Food blogging indoor and Outdoor shot for stability. Thanks bro!
Hi Jameses, just letting you to know that there is a new version Ulanzi MT 44(Upgrade)!! It goes all the way to 149 cm height & has six sections, but otherwise quite similar with older shorter one. Slightly heavier also at 422g.
Question: If we maximize the height, does it wobble when we put smartphone? Recently I bought a cheap one, cheaper 50% but its wobble. I immediately regret it.
Seeing that its a mildly heavy lens I would suggest the sirui- t024x or other full size tripod. You can also consider the Manfrotto compact light series
SMH noobs great review content creators and professional workers can appreciate these. Because there perfect for light panels and lights no more clunky standard light poles you can close this and fit it in your bag now this a game changer
Awesome video! I just wanna know is the tilt head strong enough? Is there any screw if someday the tilt head may loose? Thank youu
Thank you! Unfortunately no, there isn't anyway to tighten it. Its purely base on friction, there is no way to tighten it.
@@Jameses But, do you think the tilt head will just survive for long term? I'll use it for just phone and Sony ZV-1
@gideontulus For ZV-1, yes it will. It is small and light and will not strain the tilt head that much
@@Jameses Okayy, thank you James!

No problem! Yeah, it's more stable if used outdoors or for longer periods of time.
Pengen beli
Faz uma comparação do MT 44 vs MT 54
Thanks for the clarification! Is this support suitable for condenser microphones like aston origin?
No problem! As long as it has a 1/4 inch screw base it shouldn't be an issue.
@@Jameses thank you so much
no problem! 👍
Helpful. Thanks 😊
Bought this coz of your review. Thanks
Glad to hear that! ope you use my affliate links haha
I would have if same country.. Thanks though
Haha, no worries. Do come back and share your thoughts on it :)
Can this hold a DJI Action 4?
Yes it can
You should try the MT-55 Next!
Very clear❤❤❤
Hi, can i use with a sony@6400?
Yes you can! But with only light lenses like the kit lens. Most of my talking head videos out of studio are shot with the A6400 + Kit lens.
@@Jameses it will be better MT 44?
It works with the MT-44 for 1-3 minutes video, but i would recommend the SK-04 for longer filming lenghts as the feet design is better
Hey Jameses how did you film the overhead angle at 3:03?!
Hi, you would have to watch my previous videos to find out :) It's with the help of an overhead pole.
Hello, i can find it on joom?
Hi! Have you tried to use a Magsafe mount to mount iPhones? I just removed MT 44 from my shopping cart to consider this one. Thanks..
No, I have not tried as I am an android user but it might affect the tripod balance. I would suggest something more sturdy like the sk-04 instead
Do they make this exact model but smaller? I love the design but I don't think I need one that long xD
No they do not but you can look at the MT-44 which is shorter but has more features or the SK-04

Yes you are right! Recently, their official website did mentioned about this, was quite surprised.
hi mate, thanks for the review, do you think its good for insta360x3?
Yes, absolutely!
@@Jameses thanks for the response, I was worried it would be visible in the stitching area, as the MT44 does
Hi! Just wondering, is this tripod can bear the weight of sony a7iii with standard lens?
Hi! Yes it can but you will not want to especially at its full lenght. Half its height is fine. This was meant for slightly lighter setups.
Nice sharing
Thanks!
Im just wondering if this thing can support a Fujifilm X-E2.
Yes, most definately 👍
Question: If we maximize the height, does it wobble when we put smartphone? Recently I bought a cheap one, cheaper 50% but its wobble. I immediately regret it.
For phones, it will not be noticeable as it isn't heavy.
I need a tripod that can handle the weight of ZV-E10 with the tamron 17-70mm with rigs + mics. Idk what to get that is good for travel

i just watched your previous video and added ulanzi sk04 to my shopping cart. Now i'm considering to buy this instead. 🤣🤣
😂😂😂 Hahahaha Sorry about that! But the SK-04 will be a better longer term investment. You made the right choice.
what is the length of MT-44 ? is it 112c or 130 cm
Now is 146cm, mine is the old one. New one is longer
Top 👍👍
❤❤❤
Calm down, it's just a tripod.
😂
And a darn good one. Great review man
