    Excellent review! I like that monopod! I have a collapsible selfie stick with a tripod attachment that screws on to the bottom, but with that connect it is quite long to store in pack while running. I generally just use the tripod attachment for that reason. This Telesin one looks great because it has both pieces and is small! Awesome!

    • @TrailSage
      @TrailSage  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It is so small Steven, it is how I get 90% of my running shots. I highly recommend it.

    I love that intro bro! So weird how you just came out with this video and I was gonna send you a DM on Instagram on what kind of tripod/selfie stick do you use for your GO PRO. I actually picked up almost a similar selfie stick/monopod on Amazon myself recently and I've never really used the clockwise locking method, thank goodness you came out with this video. LOL. Definitely gonna take your advice on wrapping the handle with some tape for extra grip. So I plan on riding my bike a lot this year, I think I've seen in some of your videos, you have the monopod attached to the bike? I plan to do the same. Thanks for another awesome review and tips.

      Awesome, it is certainly a time saver for sure. If you get one let me know how it works out. One note, I just watched your Picacho Peak video and I would say the Telesin would struggle in terrain like that as a tripod.

      @OptimisticProminence 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@TrailSage ha yeah for that hike the primary mount was the chesty, which I don't usually need for very long periods. The tripod will probably work out great on a lot of dirt approaches though, I'll keep you posted!

    • @OptimisticProminence
      @OptimisticProminence 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@TrailSage Ha, of course only a few hours after buying the Telesin, I saw that GoPro came out with the 3-way 2.0 (gopro.com/en/us/shop/mounts-accessories/3-way-2.0/AFAEM-002.html) Not as rapid as the Telesin for tripod, but much faster than previous 3-way. And maybe a little more stable than the Telesin? Also, I like the 3-way arm so that I can be sure the selfie stick isn't in the shot.
