Hi scott, that's one more reason for me to get a decent! Is it possible to play with the water temp with this setup? For example, if the initial water temp is 93c, can i make the second pour with 90c and the third pour with 87c temp water? Thanks.
I'm sure the cup was lovely but the non-uniform spacing of the jets made me sightly uncomfortable 😂 Impressively flat bed considering all the turbulence though, I wonder if that's something that can be incorporated into a standard kettle pour?
