In your clickteam folder, you need to go to "app" and then you drop your effects into the "Effects" folder. After that it should work. If it still doesn't then it may be an issue with your clickteam version

the sans sprite is not yours, you just grabbed a sprite and removed the black from it, because when I opened your project I saw that the sans was just blank so it means you took it from somewhere else

It's been a long time since i've used clickteam but as far as i know there isn't any way of coloring a word using this tutorial My guess would be to create a custom text system where each letter is an object, just like most of clickteam fangames uses

I don't know if i understand your question correctly but if you mean to have a random encounter while walking in a room then there is a lot of ways to do it so it'll be hard to give you a perfect answer and it also depends on how you want it to work If i understood the question correctly, and if you want it to be like in undertale, you could have a step counter : meaning the game will count every step the player takes and, upon reaching a certain threshold randomly choosen when finishing an encounter (like between 50 and 100 steps), it'll do the encounter animation before switching scenes to a battle scene Of course you'll have to customize the battle scene to have a random enemy once entering it (for optimization ig) Tell me if i misunderstood the question lol it's kinda late and my brain isn't braining

I downloaded channel offset, how do I open it on clickteam? It's not in the effects section.
