I love it!! How do you prevent your cake from getting dry after multiple trips to the freezer? I've used your recipe from the book and love the flavor, but this has been my biggest area of struggle ):

Once the buttercream is on the cake, the cake is quite airtight and shouldn't get dry - don't get confused between a dry cake and a cold cake!

Was the frosting you used swiss meringue butter cream throughout or did you switch to buttercream frosting after the initial yellow frosting?
