  • Crystal clear water from 10 meters depth, bright corals, school of mackerel, schools of coalfish, cods, monkfish and as many scallops as the heart desires.
    No problem to spend 5 hours in the water with those conditions, a Saturday well spent at the island of Hitra outside of Norway!
    Days like this is a true reminder to practice this sport as often as possible!

    Digger videoene dine, veldig inspirerende og lærerikt. Har akkurat bestilt utstyr fra Frivannsliv, men ikke satt i gang enda, så setter pris på at du blander fine bilder med info om fisk, fisking og dykking. Kjør på!

      @@AkselOrstavik Great! I live in Trondheim and will start spearfishing, but I heard its more difficult in winter because of less fish. Is it true?

    • @AkselOrstavik
      @AkselOrstavik  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yeah its generally less life in the winter. The upside is really good visibility, but generally it's easier to start out in late spring when there's more life to shoot.
      This weekend we saw lots of cods, but it takes some practice to spot them when its as dark as this. When there's only cods, and they spook deeper, your out of luck as a new spearo
