I've made those tortillas- they are good, but they don't keep well, so u have to make them fresh when u want them, which is kind of a pain.

Keith Lee is an amazing reviewer. I also appreciate that he gives two ratings to a few items. Foodies need to understand that some gluten free items just aren't going to be as good, the texture might not be the same, it's going to be different. So it's unfair to judge it equally... But it is funny because they don't realize when gluten free is better, let's call it gluten privilege 😅 Like when you go to Legal Seafoods... 90 percent of the menu is gluten free because it just is. Same thing with lots of places with fried pickles, turns out corn meal is better for that.
When I tell friends about a food I tried and liked , if it was a axing I won't mention that it was gf. If it was great but I know it's not as good as the gluten version I'll tell them then add in a disclaimer lol. I don't want them thinking I seriously thought that pizza that is a five is just as good as the mind blowing gluten filled pizza at the place in my town that everyone loves 😂
Potoatoes and oats (which i know can be hit or miss for gf depending where you are) but as soon as i started a gf diet for my celiacness i have been CRAVING oats so much more than usual lol. Like i can demolish a box of bobos anything in a day
