I chose the wrong time of day to watch this. My dinner is gonna be saved for breakfast.
The goop is fat I believe. When you cook low quality meat like this in the oven the fat just conjeals and looks like grey goop.
It's also the egg. The fat rendered at the temperature she cooked it at, mixed with the egg, and made basically fat-egg solids. Or just a fat based frittata...with...meat hunks.
Properly making the meatballs and adding bread would diminish that too
Basic of making any meat patty or meatball or any minced meat. Does not matter cheap or expensive you bought from the supermarket. Basic ingredient has always been with breadcrumps, egg, salt and pepper. Breadcrumps is to absorb the meat juice. When you rest after you BBQ or pan fried or oven, the meat will be juicy.. Egg is to hold the shape together. Salt and peper for seasoning and taste..

I hope Kay's doing alright. Moist Charlie was the first major person to find her and she recieved a lot of unprovoked hate for it. It stopped pretty quickly but I'm afraid it'll start again
Uncle Roger also did a video on her (two actually) but he clarified that it was a comedy video and to not throw hate to her. Kinda sad that people is hating her when she isn't doing something bad (like prank videos "go wrong" or make her kids cry for thumbnails).
