We've used this griddler for a variety of items including steak, fish, vegetables th-cam.com/users/postUgkxMcXT6_MuT0hB3ejyGQQHaeof9bwoWPUf and mushrooms and it's been great! Gets that great smokey flavor when using high heat or sear. The grill works amazingly simple and very low smoke for what it is. Heat gets up fairly quick, especially on closed position. The griddler side is fairly simple, better for eggs and pancakes rather than any cooking. Use the flat plates with the grill side if needed.Cleanup is easy and having heat on both sides is great for cooking a large amount or panini press. This definitely gets hot though so be careful with the sides.
Great video .I agree there is something very satisfying about doing different meals on the griddle .Family is confused however why I like cooking more than eating! Tim from NJ.
Looks so super good Todd!! Stir fry is one of my families favorites! Your daughter does such a great job at filming and keeping up with you🙂. All glory to God for He is good!! I like your real time videos, shows how fast cooking on a BS is. 👍👍💟💟
Wretched sinner here as well 👍🏻. Thanks for sharing and the great demonstration. I totally agree with your sass to the online safety patrol and know-it-alls. I've been giving some serious consideration to getting one of these griddles. The stirfry looks fun to make. I'll be headed back to the Wallie World tonight and most likely bring home the latest addition to my back yard... The Blackstone. Kudos to Hannah, great job helping dad! Thanks again, God bless, and let's go Brandon!
Thank you so much, Todd. I just bought the 36" with two air fryers and have been binge watching your videos. I've always cooked on a standard grill, but not anymore. I'm turning over a new leaf in life and just wanted to thank you for the inspiration!
You may turn out like me. I have a stainless NexGrill and a barrel style charcoal Char-Griller that are feeling very neglected since I got the BS. The BS rarely cools off while the other two rarely get used anymore. Good luck and best wishes!!!
This is excellent again, so many good options and ideas for stir fry. Can't believe all the variations so quickly and easily for a newbie. Totally enjoy your real time instruction
@@praisehisawesomename , your most welcome. This is one of the best stress relief options out there. I’ll be mentioning you and your videos this month in our newsletter. It goes out to veteran landowners and other private landowners across the country. Mostly cow/calf operations and crop growers, the backbone of our food supply. We assist them with wildlife options but lord, today, we need a break and the griddle is an outstanding option.
I really enjoyed your video, Stir-fry is one of my favorite dishes.. I'm going to view your other videos to get different ways of cooking Stir-fry. Thanks....
Your awesome! Thank you for all your videos!! I'm a new groddler 👩🍳 so I'm ready to learn anything about it and I feel very confident, thanx to you. Many blessings to you and your family 🙏
Nicely done! I like the real time cooking. About a million years ago I was a K.P. for a couple years in High School and later a short order cook for a Summer. To me, you look like a Blackstone Pro showing the real deal and doing it right. While I have probably done ~100 cooks on a Blackstone, I don't know if I have ever done a stir fry. I love stir fry. You just gave me inspiration. Thanks! I can see that you would more than hold your own as a busy restaurant chef. Being a short order cook was hard. I think it is kind of like being an air traffic controller. Two - ten tickets in front of you and you need to do a lot of prioritizing and make a lot of the right moves with raw ingredients to satisfy the customers and the waitresses. I appreciate you upping my game. Thanks again!
Thank you so much for watching, Karen! I appreciate you subscribing! Please subscribe on Blackstone's channel as my weekly Let's Give It A Try show is my main show!
Taste testing your cook, Is griddle Master privileges.HUNKER down brother, this could be a Doozy of a snow storm. Be safe, Once again great cook, Happy birthday kiddo.
My new 36 inch black stone should be arriving in one or two days. I really appreciated the real time video Period it will help me out tremendously. God bless you
New Blackstone owner here. Love the real time video and this recipe I can't wait to try it out. I prefer steak over ground beef, but that's just me.I'll be checking out all your videos. Newley subscribed as well.
Wow!.... I just discovered your channel, Todd!...I lived in Monument for one winter about 8 years ago and it was COLD!!!!!!...But I lived about a half mile from the Come N Go store. Thanks for the great video's on all the Blackstone stuff. I'm on the way to Wal Mart right now to buy!!!
I enjoy all your videos. I've owned a Blue Rhino and a Blackstone, with the rear grease. I also owned a Pit Boss. IMO and preference. Blue Rhino was my choice. the lid that opens to 2 huge usable counter space. the left front corner grease drain, worked better and less food fell out. (on the rear drain I lost a lot of food.) I continue to watch all your videos... great job.
You're amazing, thank you so much. I'm so excited about getting mine and getting it going. You sure are helping me out a ton? Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Great job Todd & Hannah. I love watching you guys cooking up all those delicious recipes as well as showing us the great Blackstone products and how to care for them. Love you guys
Our Family loves your videos. We use your recipes all the time. Watching from Kentucky The Bluegrass State my Friend ....... I’m going to upgrade from my Adventure BlackStone . I will give this one to my Daughter so her and the grandkids can try stuff out on The BlackStone Griddle . I want The Bigger One with the Air Fryer now ,..... Wow 🤩 ....... So Cool 😎. My friend. ! Love this Stuff. !
I have the 28” with warmer and air fryer. I used it for the first time this morning for bacon, eggs and hash browns! Thanks for showing me how to do stirfry. I love stirfry.
Todd, we did this and it was amazing! Love udon noodles lol ...the 2nd time around we added mushrooms and pineapple chunks....with the blackstone sesame teriyaki....it was out of this world! Give it a try!! 😁
What a wonderful video.. kinda new to black stone but your videos are so packed full of great looking food ya just can't help bit wanna give them a go!
Great videos of using Blackstone griddle!! I want your job man!! I'm a Chef/Educator and would love to do this on the West coastLos Angeles Cali, to be exact!.... maybe even convince my large school district to purchase various Blackstone products. I am ordering my own Pro Series prep cart AND 36" griddle and air fryer this week.... can't wait to start cooking on it!!!
I Love Uncle Ben's Rice hack for making fried rice!! Such a time saver! Made Spicy Beef Teriyaki (from Everyday BBQ & Cooking) with fried rice using Uncle Bens Jasmine Rice!!
Todd, your stir-fry videos, like all of your videos, inspire me and helped me select my own Blackstone griddle and accessories. I could use some help with duplicating Mongolian BBQ stir-fry. Various restaurants have spices that customers mix based on posted recommended combinations. It would be helpful if you duplicated some of those recipes and showed us your technique in video(s).
Hi Todd! I just tried "Stir fry Toven" using chicken and Udon noodles for the first time. I had never heard of Udon noodles. It was a rousing success. So, I tried the ground beef with Uncle Ben's rice. Used garlic, peas, onions, carrots. I'm going to need a little more training for that one. I ended up with a giant glob of greasy meat with specs of vegetables and rice. I think a 2.25 lb pack of ground chuck was a little overkill on the meat. Now trying to decide if we can turn all that meat into some kind of taco base. Love the griddle. Have a 22 kit from WM for a couple of years with the stand, hinged top and portability. Someone gave me an original 36 with a slightly warped griddle top that I'm slowly upgrading. I average cooking on it probably 4 times a week. Just subscribed based on this video and can't wait to see what other adventures I can get into. Thanks for showing the way!
Your Awesome Bro thanks for the mention thats why I put the date on the special aprons time goes fast oh yeah and its GEORGIA ..I have a new Apron idea for you its a 2023 special addition ... Coming soon ...
Instead of salt, use Kikkoman soy sauce (or San-J Tamari sauce). Not only will it add salt, but it will also add Umami (savoriness) to your noodle/veg mixture, or to fried rice. If you want to add some heat add some "rooster sauce" (Huy Fong Foods sriracha sauce), or "rooster" garlic-chili sauce. While I usually like to use lots of pepper, I do not use it while cooking Asian style foods, but I will reach for chili sauce, or chili oil, instead.

A country dude speaking with passion about the intricacies of Japanese cooking…….really makes my decade!
Fantastic, I did my first stir fry today and my 21 and 19 year olds were blown away. You are a natural. Thanks so much.
I'm number 100 on the likes! It's the simple pleasures in life sometimes... Love the channel, Todd.
