  • Welcome to how I workout and stay fit while pregnant! Since getting pregnant, my top goal has been to stay consistent with my workouts and be as fit as possible throughout my pregnancy. My workouts have always been a daily part of my routine and one of my top priorities in my every day life, so being pregnant has not stopped me from doing my workouts...but I've definitely had to modify them as I've become larger.
    I want to share with you guys how I've been able to workout and stay fit during my pregnancy, and how I've done my workouts safely while pregnant. I have some pregnancy fit tips that I have found helpful during my workouts I hope will also help you guys who want to stay fit while pregnant.

In addition, I'm passionate about sharing my infertility story and current IVF journey.     Thank you so much for making a video on this! I find it super helpful to know that I can still exercise when I hopefully become pregnant but whilst knowing what to be careful of. Hoping to start IVF soon. 😊🤞🏻❤️✨

    Can you do a work out routine for pregnant? Now that my nausea is gone I want to get back to gym but don’t know where to start! Currently 15 weeks 😊

    My problem is energy 😅 pre-workout is what kept me in the gym before. And I’m 7-8 wks atm and I haven’t been but once since finding out 😢 help

      I can totally understand that!! Just do what you can; any type of movement. Walking is amazing for you especially during pregnancy!

    Hey! Just a question did you drink coffee after the frozen embryo transfer / first trimester? and when did you start cutting it off?

      Yes! I love coffee too much to cut it out. I just made sure I stayed under the recommended 200mg of caffeine
      When I started to get nauseous at 8 weeks, I couldn’t tolerate coffee anymore unfortunately so I stopped drinking it because my body literally couldn’t stand it! Was very strange, but now in my third trimester I love coffee again🥰
