    hey Kyle, I am transition from a XDR to AE in a couple of weeks for a new organisation and these tips have been very helpful!
    I was wondering with lesson #3 - how would I go about knowing more about the Buyers Process? I find this tip very insightful and almost flips the script into thinking it's more about them than it is about us (which I think hold true too).
