As a kid. Who grew up in south east Baltimore. Dundalk was the place you drove through to get to East point Mall. I never really thought about it as a place where people actually lived.
Agreed! And there are some really good things going on in the area too that are definitely reasons for optimism. The port seems to be doing well and I was surprised to see how far along the transformation from the Beth Steel plant to “Tradepoint Atlantic” has come. Just between the two, that’s thousands of good jobs there. Also helps that both of those are on the county side of the line.

true that Dundalk has its share of drug and crime problems but nowhere near as bad as the City, or some other areas near City
