      Couldn't find a ton of specific information on that particular HOA but there is a lot of information, including community guidelines, on their website. Here is a helpful link:

    How many trails in the groves and names of the sections in the community

      As far as sections go, there is only one gated part called "The Canopy" which is exclusive to Toll Brother's. Please let us know if you are interested in touring. We'd LOVE to show you around.

    Is it better than Cinco ranch or Sugarland overall?

      It's a completely different lifestyle. If you're looking for nature and life near a big lake, the Groves is for you. Typically, if someone wants to live in Cinco Ranch, it has a lot to do with Katy ISD. For Sugar Land buyers, it's a geographic decision and the desire to live in the most diverse county in the country (Fort Bend).
