The taxes are high
Thank you for taking the time to reach out. Taxes are generally higher in new construction communities to start. It's definitely a consideration when looking at the overall budget.

Is there a mall close to Aurora?
Katy Mills Mall and also the Premium Outlets in Cypress is another great option and a little bit closer.
So...Aurora is not in South Katy?
Aurora is most certainly north Katy. If you put the community in Google maps, you'll see that it's north of I-10.
