Bumble Bee Breath or Brahmari Pranayama

  • Are you feeling Agitated or perhaps just a little Annoyed?
    Here’s a really simple way to use the Breath to Relieve Stress and bring you back into a state of Calm
    Great to practice anytime throughout your day
    You can also practice without plugging your ears, if it’s more practical in the situation
    Sit either on the floor or a chair with the spine nice and straight
    Plug the ears with the Index Fingers
    Softly Rest the other fingers on your cheeks
    Make a Humming Sound through slightly opened lips
    You can change the octave and play around with different sounds
    Inhale through the noise whenever you like
    Feel the Vibration in your lips and throughout your body
    Go for about 2 - 5 minutes
    Sit with your eyes closed and your palms resting in the lap
