I love Binondo, Eng Bee Tin is so good, if you noticed any purple fire trucks, it's because they are sponsored by them....the color of ube. Many years ago, I had soup number five, but from a crocodile....I have a rule, eat first then ask what's in it....it has enabled me to be much more bold in my Pinoy food choices. Wow, you had a great guide.

Most of the locations here in thr Phils have a certain food variety that they are special for but in Binondo there's a lot of restos to try there but Im happy you almost have everything covered!! You went by the bridge I thought you're going to try oyster cake and frog legs! 😀 maybe next time when you come back.. You should also visit other places that is haven to Filipino cuisine and culture such as Ilocos, Pampanga in the north Cebu, Negros, Mindanao in the south!
