Wow, this is probably the most in-depth Binondo food guide video I've watched so far! Eng Bee Tin probably has the best hopia (red monggo), but Salazar's tikoy roll with monggo filling is still the bomb, plus their asado rolls.

Btw, Ying Ying is my ult fave in Binondo since I was little. My brother who works in Chinabank Binondo sometimes go home with their siomai and that would be our dinner! Super yum, really savory! However, I haven’t tried Wai Ying yet. Maybe on my next trip.

In Masuki, there is a special sauce we usually add to the mami sauce... It's the siopao's sauce aka Hoisin sauce.. Love it... Must try again. In Masuki, there is a special sauce we usually add to the mami sauce... It's the siopao's sauce aka Hoisin sauce.. Love it... Must try again.

My goodness, watching this makes me want to go to Binondo the very next day. However, walang tigil ang ulan mula kahapon at binaha maraming lugar so I'll wait for favorable weather. Can't go to all of them, kayo nga apat na e nabundat maghapon, kaya mag aantay ako ng kasamang balikbayan na siguradong matutuwa sa mga pupuntahan namin.
