From my experience, the mods Immerse, Align, Supress and Unit Voice-overs are already enough for you to be praying not to die in a game. Especially Suppress and Unit Voice-overs.
bodycam mod is probably the best looking immersion mod ive seen. Makes thing more shaky and discombobulated when moving around. Gives it that movie saving private ryan effect. When its all smooth in 3rd person it feels too much like a video game.
I also want to add a friend . There is not enough realistic dismemberment and blood of soldiers, as well as for a soldier to limp when wounded, when shots are fired into limbs, we need a realistic sound of an automatic burst on an armored personnel carrier and many weapons like in the game SQUAD so that the sound is realistic, and not like I shoot from a plastic pistol. Thank you for your understanding, I will be glad if you implement it all. :)

You Team has better special effects to do, these are explosions, smoke, fire, bullet ricochets, and shell craters. There must be a feeling that I really walk on the ground, and not on a plane. Mods are also needed for transport physics, hydraulics and non-stretched textures in transport so that there is a feeling that you are really driving a car and not a log. The transport should look like cleaned iron, also that the tires were blown off when a bullet hit the wheels. In TRANSPORT , there is not enough light in the solon , shadows from objects , reflection and shine . Man, make a candy out of this game!!!
Is there a mod where ai cant see you in the dark when you shoot if your far away with a suppressor..also is there a mod that affects Ai hearing so example in real life you can hear a suppressed shot pretty at short distances and mod that affect for long distance where Ai have no idea where it cam from?
Yes. Check out Arma 3 Remastered. It has a mod called @dynamicCamo that hides you from the AI at night (not Dynamic Camo System). Just make sure your bullet does not have a tracer and you don't have an easily identifiable muzzle flash. DCO is a great AI mod, though vanilla AI plus DynamicCamo at night from a long distance will keep AI from knowing exactly where you are...except if you keep shooting from the same spot, they will start pin pointing you. They respond faster when theyre not in groups too. So, it really comes down to how well you conceal yourself. Otherwise, Advanced Cheat Menu might have an option that makes you invisible to AI, maybe.

I think it's great that a lot of people have started updating ArmA3 with mods in general, but Bohemia Interactive should actually do that by releasing a new Arma 4 with the Ureal 5.2 engine!!! The custom graphics eNgine BIA are not good enough to design a military simulation game!! The ingredients for this are almost free on the internet!! I hope BIA hears this call for help and does it better next ArmA tiel!!

Rested weapon movement is a long time favorite of mine. Nice to see it get signal boosted.
It's definitely one of those things you don't know you need it until you see it.

I'd get distracted by the pretty butterflies and get picked off easily for it.

That is just using the vanilla stance adjustment by pressing Ctrl+A and then leaning using Q

You know you can just turn the hud elements off without a mod as Arma's hud is customisable by default, right?
Unfortunately, you can't turn off the action icons without mods. Luckily, Immersion RDLC had that handled as well as other immersive mods!
