    Yes! My style is more fem leaning minimalism and I love that part of our purpose (queer folks) is to be hot and make people question. 😂 I love that. ❤

    10:56 I tried it. I’m 5’2” and I’m starting slow 😂 I got some athletic/golfing trousers that were probably meant to hit in the mid-calf (but for me they go down to just above my ankles). I tried a beige pair on with a belt, a button-down shirt, and Doc Martens. When I saw my reflection I almost started crying because it was the first time in years that I found an outfit that felt like *me.*
    Thank you for making these videos. I’m learning so much from you already 💖💖💖

    Every time you post a video I’m screaming with excitement. I agree with every point! So well explained how you think about the “nothing new” and remixing styles. And how androgynous people are here to be hot and confuse people about their attraction 🔥😎🎉

    I love the breakdown of the trends and the photos! The one I’ve probably been incorporating the most is relaxed denim. But one I haven’t tried at all is the modern color look 🤔 I like it, so I mighttt have to incorporate it

    I'm really enjoying this video today; I'm clueless and fascinated about 'Harvey men's pants; I"m 5' short torso... would you clarify Harvey pants? They look awesome.

    10:48 Great video, but I wanted to add that Men’s trousers actually don’t fit this style the best. Women’s trousers do. They’re made with a looser material that gives you the flow issey M flow. The issue is finding them in a sizing that fits like mens pants…

    Skinny jeans with spandex/lycra/elastane are mad comfy. Great for being active or bumming around the house. The super skinny seems like a dead trend but skinny/fitted seems like one of those timeliness pieces that will be around forever

    I’m having the hardest time finding trousers that are loose around my thighs..somebody help where are the thick girls shopping??😅

    • @juniperroberts6254
      @juniperroberts6254 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Yes omg us thicc folk have such a struggle trying to find anything looser in the hip/thigh/butt region. And so much loose fit clothing doesn’t have stretch and I still need the stretch so I can sit down in the flare jeans!
      Androgyny is so hard when you have a big butt

    • @madeyoulooks
      @madeyoulooks  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      i wish i had a wagon so i could offer some advice lol, BUT i do know that you can find pants with pleats that give more room in the thighs. i also saw some folks getting some on amazon that have stretch, but i'm not sure which ones those are.

    • @mirabellegoldapfel6256
      @mirabellegoldapfel6256 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Maybe you can thrift a pair that fits on the thighs and let a tailor take in the waistband. Thats a fairly easy and quick sewing project so it's not too expensive. Works especially well in not denim fabric.

    • @frizzy3545
      @frizzy3545 ปีที่แล้ว

      @juniperroberts6254 idk where you're based but i found that Marks amd Spencer really have their sizing down for the thicc folx. I also heard good things about River Island but haven't shopped there myself. Hope this helped someway. Honorable mention is ASOS's plus size range has good sizing in my experience ❤

    just took up a pair of baggy jeans I bought over the winter because the ADHD hit and I didn't get to it very fast 😅 they look so good, especially since my style is getting more and more relaxed as time goes on

    I follow you but I dress really femme, I wanted to say with the mixing of different styles I’ve been loving pairing an oversize short sleeve button up open with a sexy slip dress underneath recently. It clashes in a great way highly recommend, especially if it has a print
