The streets were flooded near my job at Midtown Miami yesterday like this too, I lost all 4 hub caps and my license plate in the flood waters with my car.

look up miami dade county flood zones. It shows the FEMA flood zones & you can search an address as well. The vast majority if Miami-Dade county is a flood zone.
