Florida is the only place I know in the US where you can swim in the ocean year round. California in August, the water temp is in the 60s. I didn't like the bugs, thunderstorms, and ya gotta know which parts of town to avoid. I think it's a great city, considering what it goes through.
Never sherwin Williams down in Florida unless you wanna pay too much for paint. Lowes or Home Depot are the better choices as they are abundant and don’t cost too much. Plus it’s easier to get what you need and you’re out faster. If there is a big plant place nearby go to it as they usually have good deals on all sorts of plants and they know what they sell is backed by guarantee. I usually go to mine a few times a year and it hasn’t let me down yet.

miami sucks unless your latino and have flooding and hurricane insurance. even me, who is fluent in spanish, hates it here.
