Hi Jess. First I want to say, I love your string of turtles terrarium. What a creative idea, and your plant looks great. I read somewhere that if you snip off the little flower stems it stimulates it's growth, so I tried it with mine a couple of months ago and it looks like it really works. Since I've been snipping them off I have four new branches growing with tiny little turtles on them. Have you been doing that, because yours is so full? I'm really knew at this succulent growing thing, and you are my go to person. When I saw your video about growing them from seed I thought I would give it a try. While looking at some websites I saw a really cool plant, Trachyandra Tortilis Albuca namaquensis. But try as I might I could not find the plant itself, just the seeds, so it became my candidate. So, following your excellent instructions, word for word, I planted them. And with what I saw today, I just had to make this video to show you. BTW, you mentio0ned in one of your other videos that you live in South Dakota. My brother and sister-in-law live in Yankton. I love SD. Great people there. th-cam.com/video/AzsSmQzC3aY/w-d-xo.html
I have not been doing that with my string of turtles but now I might have too!! The video link isn’t working-says it is private. But I’m excited you gave it a try!
@@AngelsGrove Sorry, I thought since I sent you the URL you could see it. Didn't know there is also an Unlisted feature. It should work now. th-cam.com/video/AzsSmQzC3aY/w-d-xo.html

Great idea! Do you know why my string of hearts leaves are curling? I had them under small grow light and in bedroom close to south facing window. I dont think I was watering enough either so doing that more

It might be getting too much light. I wonder if you move it out from directly under grow lights or a little further if it would like that
@@AngelsGrove thanks dear
my string of turtles are always dead after few months specially during winter.😨
