Hi Sadia, I’ve always struggled with perfectionsism and self pressure. I honestly can’t thank you enough for this video and recommending the audio clip. It completely changed my perseverance and i wished i heard it years ago! I’m currently near the end of finishing my exams ( 2 left woo!! ) and i wish i’ve held this view from without, however it’s made me realise that whatever happens it doesn’t make me any less successful and i can’t thank you enough for being able to change my mindset xx

I was never introduced to goal setting growing up and I’ve just kind of went it what ever direction the wind blowed my whole life, now I’m 68 and finally setting goals. I’m not quite finished with my 30 days and it is totally working, I’m living with intention every day now and feeling great about myself. Thanks for the suggestion!

I love it!!! I think one of my biggest struggles is having patience and realizing that change takes time. I can see that I am a way more positive person and a better partner/daughter/sister than I was even just a few years ago. But with some things likd health and other aspects of my life I get so frustrated when results aren't as quick as I thought.
