      Saying someone's pussy whipped is the same as saying you're not confident in your masculinity and probably beat your meat every night because you're single, non-bearded swine

    Everyone should get themselves a scalp scrubber. It works wonders between washes to exfoliate the skin under your beard. You'll find yourself having to wash your beard less often.

    I co-washed today for the first time ever , and my beard feels softer and is more manageable than it's ever been.

    I decided to jump on the co-wash band wagon yesterday. Do you know how hard it is to find a beard conditioner. Look up "beard conditioner" on amazon! It spit back all kinds of beard oils, balms, and soaps. I found 3 items that were actual conditioners. 1 item was a 2 pack. Being the first time, I only wanted one. I found 1 that refused to list the ingredients. No thank you. Finally settled on the third. Is co-wash something that's just not done by most guys? Seems like for every beard oil/balm company there should have been a co-wash product.

    • @Beardbrand
      @Beardbrand  7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Should have just headed over to Beardbrand and picked up some of our beard softener. www.beardbrand.com/collections/beard-softener

      I had completely forgot that you sell that! I'm in this phase where I can't seem to break away from the company that I've been using since day 1. I feel that it has limited my experience. So now, little by little (budget), I'm going to be smartly making my rounds to different companies. 3 things I look for is ingredients, pricing, and product design. Up till now, Grave Before Shave has met all 3. I will purchase one of your products in the future.

    Hey eric thanks for the thursday upload! Any possibility for a future beardbrand bar soap? Perhaps with activated carbon and scented with your best scents like old money or temple smoke?? I as a smoker must wash everyday and it'd be nice to have more beardpoo options from y'all

    • @Beardbrand
      @Beardbrand  7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      We've been working for over a year with different formulations and solutions for a bar soap. Trying to find something that works for the beard, skin, and hair. Had some struggles getting them to perform at our expectations so we went back to the drawing board. I've got another prototype coming soon and hopefully it'll be closer to the quality we demand. But ya, once we make a product that will be class leading, we'll release it.

    • @joshcarter6297
      @joshcarter6297 7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Wicked awesome, I love how much dedication beardbrand has to only releasing perfect products to sell. At this point you could probably sell vegetable oil mixed with silicone, call it balm and make bank. Thanks for treating us with the best always.

    What is beard softener?

  • @hondaguuy90
    @hondaguuy90 7 ปีที่แล้ว

    This is so funny I've been thinking about getting some actual beard wash but I've been using a beard softener about twice a week but I work outside sometimes and when it needs to be washed I wash it. I can tell because I've started growing my beard under my chin and it gets a little scratchy sometimes, the softener really help with that. I think once I have some decent growth under there I'll start using a beard wash/shampoo.

    Hi Eric. Can you do a video where you talk about your daily/weekly grooming routine for your beard? (I mean for a short/medium beard)
    How can we give our beard a shape? (square, round, pointy)

  • @tylerhair9067
    @tylerhair9067 7 ปีที่แล้ว

    I co-wash daily and it works great for me. I found a regular conditioner that works with my hair. I do use Beardbrands beard wash a few times a week and love it though. Just like a cheaper option for daily conditioning. Just experiment and find what works best for you.

    Hey man, I've got a question not related to this video. I've heard you talk a few times about 'training' your hair to move in a diff direction when using a boar brush. Some parts of my hair on my neck and under the chin grow up and push into the descending cheek hair- creating a tsunami of beard that I'd like to squash..reckon there's anything I can do? Or just try with a hairdryer and some balm/ oil?
    Always appreciate your vids! Beard on bros

    • @EricBandholz
      @EricBandholz 7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Ya, any type of "training" is a temporary styling and not permanent. Just do it with your hairdryer, boar's hair brush, or comb.

    Hey Eric, do you have any tips for growing for facial hair on the front of your chin / under the bottom lip? Or any tips for mustache growth? Thanks, bearded brother!

    • @Beardbrand
      @Beardbrand  7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Your genetics are pretty much 95% of beard growth. From there you can't do spot treatment but you can improve your diet, boost natural testosterone, and lower your stress to improve your beard growing abilities.

    I like to keep a jar of coconut oil in the shower I use it every shower just about I like to get a "Dollop Size" so about enough that covers two fingertips and rub that into my wet beard and then let some warm water run in their after I've applied the coconut oil it really helps moisturize and adds a really nice shine and I've noticed it's helped my beard stay moisturized through the day as well! So a tip from one beadsmen to another! @BeardBrand

    • @MrTShbib
      @MrTShbib 7 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Barry Lee I will wet my beard in the shower then rub some coconut oil between my hands until it melts and then massage it into my beard then I let some warm water go through my beard then rub the coconut oil in more

    • @savagebeardsmen6842
      @savagebeardsmen6842 7 ปีที่แล้ว

  • @matthewscott9376

    I think you might have to wash everyday if you are using heavy products. Styling Balm and the like. Is this the case???

    • @Beardbrand
      @Beardbrand  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      +matthew scott styling balm is water soluble, so it'll rinse out with just water or beard softener. If you're using a heavy wax product or silicone product, you'll want to wash.
