Thank you for the video and the steps. Install of add a leaf was easy, centering pin gets tricky. I did leave the overload spring in the pack. In the rear I'm measuring 36.75" now (from 35.5"). Truck is currently level with a 2.5" lift up front. Take care
After I just recently upgraded my Tacomas rear block lift and Bilstein 5100s to a allpro expedition leaf pack and fox 2.0s I can say one thing.. it’s always going to be a truck with leaf springs… great video! 👍🏻
Did the same upgrade but used the Hellwig 991 EZ Level Helper Spring Kit and got a little more than 2" lift in the rear. Rides a whole lot better like you mentioned!
I found the same thing when I put in that type of add-a-leaf. Ended up putting in a 1” block as a stop gap….then tossing the whole setup for a Tundra specific Archive Garage leaf pack. Buy once cry once. 😢
Does anyone have confirmation on how it's actually supposed to go in? Icon website instructions say to leave main spring and overload spring and replace the middle 2 leafs and put pack in its place.
I don’t know what you consider “soft”. If you’re coming from something with a solid front axle, ya, these will feel soft. But at 200k you could likely benefit from fresh springs, shocks, and struts

Cool! Thanks for sharing. I also had trouble with the centering pin haha

Ya. It’s an uphill battle fighting a leaf spring truck haha. The lack of weight in the rear compared to the front, plus the leaf springs…

Good to hear!
this is next level stuff! lets go to the truck camping!

Ya, not awful for $200, but I could see myself making the step up to a full leaf pack.

My tundra has 200k miles. I have owned it since 98k. Is it normal for these to have such soft suspension? They seem to bottom out off nothing

looking to do the exact same thing to my 2014
Nice. I might recommend looking at a full leaf pack instead, the icon one is only ok in my opinion
good to know, thanks@@208Tyler
I always get confused so guys if I get these 5100s cranked them up to get the 3” level do I need a diff drop?
You’re talking about the FRONT 5100’s. I would not do 3”, that’s too much. Go to 2”, No diff drop needed
Did you do the front end? If so what did you do?
Yes, I have 5100’s and OME 2885 springs up front
Do I need to add springleaf with '01 Toyota Tundra Ivan Stewart Signature Edition? Thanks.
“Need”? Don’t have to do it.
Aren’t you the guy who was mad my friend was using a Champion radiator? Lol
brah that lisp is insane frekin whistling all up in my headphones fix it
A voiceover done on a cheap mic is probably never going to sound good on headphones. Try playing it out loud for a bet experience
