Cosworth made a 300cc 4 stroke that makes 90hp to the crank. This stuff is definitely possible but most wouldn't understand because a new pipe and exhaust is considered "fully built" 😂
Thanks for the Great video. It was interesting to see the FMF pipe actually produced less hp than stock. All it really does is change the power curve slightly and sound meaner. Those other cylinders and pipes had some very impressive gains.
FMF Fatty has been the best overall gain IMO. The Gnarly shifts the power down low, but taps out up top. PC is a primarily a top end pipe. I cant speak to CPI or Hygge tho.
Not a competition or anything but 2020 TM Racing 300 FI Enduro stock is 52HP and with a VHM head is 54 HP there are a couple of video's out there on TM on a DYNO Either way 2T for life, and I really like what Panthera is doing - I think it is awesome.
Here you can see the REAL tuning differences when you go for higher RPM and match the pipe with porting. Some guys say "I tried everything did all the mods and get 52hp vs stock 50" but they arent really going for power. Just trying to maximize the old powerband thats too low to make high HP :) Easy 65+hp from a 500. When playing around with pipes you should find the one that matches your cylinder. If you want more power you should MAKE a pipe and port where you want the power to be at.
How does the customer tune the power valve for the setup he has? You went full open then full closed. Is that something that’s done before you get the motor?
The module comes pre-set for an opening around 5500rpm. But you might need to connect to it and tune it depending of the pipe you run. We can sell the connecting cable.
I wonder if you take off the silencer and give it race fuel maybe methanol. I bet you be able to reach 100hp. Change the porting. For top end power only
Except your opinion and thoughts have absolutely nothing to do with reality. It would be like me saying; an 8:30 PM sunset is cool but needs to be more like midnight.
Impressive how smooth the powerband is after fitting Panthera barrel. Awesome job 👍
Awesome work, keep the 2 smokers alive ✊
That is some great work. Thanks.
how long do pistons last with that kit?
Great work !
Wow, makes me want to try a cr500 again
THIS WILL SMOKE A 58 HP 460 4 STROKE
Get the PM-09 on the dyno!
AwesomeSebastian!
What's your break-in process? Or just Dyno run?
Crazy video🎉🎉🎉
Exhaust seems to be leaking (at least in the first pulls). Don't know if it's enough to affect the power though.
Based on my humble math skills. ON rwHP! The Panthera 560 bigbore alone is enough to put down more HP than a Stark Varg 🥹
You can get almost 80 with the stock cylinder.

And just full the tank back up and the fun never stops

What unit is the TQ Measured in?
Wow now that is impressive!
I wa to buy a 560 cylinder for my cr500. Does this set up kill the cranks quick
Just as a rough estimation if some makes 20% more power you can expect the original stuff to wear 20% faster not always the case

I love A TM ❤
Nice comparison 😀
I WANT ONE SMOKE SOME 4 STROKERS

51-66hp that’s a massive gain
Jesus christ over 70rwhp on a fucking dirt bike that's insane. I want one
73.35 HP AND 56.25 TQ
Awesome video

Wow
If the AFR sensor is accurate..... none of the setups was optimum.
Huge gains pretty much everywhere 51 to 73 hp, but the torque curve is pretty flat, really useful 👍🏻
Powervalve baby 😎
I got 80 rwhp 53.5 tq @ 7800 on my pm07. In my quad With a 41.75 mm pwk. Led performance pipe. 💪 faster than any cr kx 500 2 wheeler. Thanks

Still a quad so still gay

sorryis a legendary mx bike. but omg that hp is nothing to write home about.. need more rpm like 12k
Good luck doing 12k with 79mm stroke.
