I have only recently found this show and have been watching it a lot, I would be very happy to see the show brought back, they are really good together and it's great to get a second look at the vehicles from my youth.

Truth is, it was Sam that made the show, because Henry couldn’t do anything more than point a power washer at items or rub rust off with a bit of wire wool. Big mistake Henry . . . . . . . Shed and Buried went downhill at a rapid rate of knots once Sam stopped being the mechanical genius that actually made the show worth watching.
I am older than Sam but I learnt a lot about gunked up carb jets and poor petrol supply and wish him all the best in health and whatever whatever he does in the future. I hope he returns to the screen for shed and buried even if it's only to see him drink tea.

I can tell you, that when I've been across the pond, I've never ever heard the yanks talk about anything in 'Pounds'. We use Pounds here not dollars so stick to that!
Not sure if the bug bite story is true. He was involved in a number of projects which occupied his time and made him more money. If it was a bug bite, well, Cornwall isn't known for its dangerous insect stock. It could be Lyme's disease which can be easily caught in the South West region.
False widow bite , has been known to put some people in hospital, they are fine unless disturbed, hide in dark places eg , sheds outbuildings, are very prevalent in Cornwall.

What a load of old "Shite!" This has absolutelty no insight as to why Sam is no longer with the show, other than a, "medical episode with an insect." Whoever is narrating this, does it very well. However, the whole episode is "cut" and "shut," with no pre-thought to the finished clip. (My mother did better with a bloody Cine Super 8 on our summer holidays, way back in the 60's! No cut an shut there, unless you were rich! Also. If I see that phuqing 98cc Excelsior Consort, once more! By the way, Andy Tiernan had the bent frame straightened. Professionally.) The man Sam, is an Engineer. A highly skilled professional within the automotive world. This TH-cam clip needs "binning." Best wishes Sam.
