Ordered the same tablet yesterday and was looking randomly for some mods and customizations like I did with nexus 7 2013 back in the day. Nice video, very well done! Surprising to see just around 0.18w difference would make that kind of significant performance uplift. Looking forward to see a free open source version of similar tool as I kind of skeptical about security issues ~
Fair, but honestly i doubt that it gonna happen. The only other module i know which provides custom userspace is Uperf ( github.com/yc9559/uperf ). I saw people achieving flat 60 FPS in Genshin with it on snapdragon 8+ gen 1 based phones, but i personally failed to get it, no matter how much i adjusted the config. Maybe it is not optimized for tablets (Tablets have higher system power consumption because of big screen and it fucks up power limits). But i still can recommend undervolting GPU via Konabess, just a nice little boost in efficiency. You can also try using other GPU driver ( my personal favorite is 744.16 from redmagic 9 pro, get it here t.me/lhmodshare ) and asoul optimization module ( github.com/nakixii/Magisk_AsoulOpt )
I've been waiting for a tablet like this for a very long time, still have my good old ipad mini 2 with this size. A bit of a shame it doesn't use gen 2/3, but oh well, 8+1 still decent enough. I didn't change my phone, i don't play games on phone anymore, tablet is much better.

Good to see you finally upgrading to something decent. Here using OnePlus 11 with root. Next year might upgrade to OnePlus 13
