Great coach, great father, great instructor.
I sear both sides, then I put the garlic, butter, and herbs in and turn the heat down so I don't burn the butter or garlic. I use that juice as a nice sauce after the chicken is cooked thoroughly. I do it the way you're doing it here as well when I want a nice and tasty brown butter herb flavor. 🌿 I also wash my pan with a little white wine for a little extra flavor.

You should try cooking it exactly the same but slice or dice the chicken first. You'll end up having the meat collect a lot more flavour. It should also save you on cooking time, just very slightly more prep time is all.

Also I started my workout a few weeks ago my goal is to reach 150lbs before the year ends I focusing on chest and shoulders because i already have a 6 pack now granted i started at 134 and am 6’1 or 6’2 it’s only been 2 weeks but im currently 136 feeling a lot stronger chest is slowly building muscles and i feel a lot stronger overall my metabolism won’t allow me to gain any-weight from sitting on my ass eating so those dumbbells are calling my name but i have to get new ones soon because their becoming less challenging by the day 🙄

I'm on a very strict diet. Losing weight is not that hard. Because it was not hard to gain it. All for a reason. I'm dealing with health an fitness it's one of my favorite lives in the world. Broccoli is a better vegetable. But spinach is the best. I don't eat meat. Only turkey sometimes. I 😘 ve fasting. You look great k great.. but the real way is water. You can't go wrong.💯

Ive just finish watching a 2nd video of your and hit the like and share without any hesitation. Im a 5'9" of skin and bones after having major heart surgery. 147lbs isn't becoming on me. My goal ito gain 40lbs of lean meat and muscle accompanied with a nice butt lm to b satisfied with. I don't have a exercise machine, however amachine that vibrate with exstension straps on each side. It's some bullshit that I'm 37 130lb ectomorph. I've been in the gym for the last year, PPL 5-6 days, making this lifestyle change, and jack shit for gains. My calories went from 2700 to 3200. Gear seems like it's the only way I'll make a god damn scale move

What you probably doing is overtraining without giving muscle time to rest and rebuild with protein go gym less 3x max an eat more protein less running exercises that will burn your built muscle

Ok i just have to say whats up with everyone using gloves to cook 😂 😂 especially when you put raw chicken in pan then go and adjust heat by touching the knob with same hand instead of changing your glove. Just observation.l was a cook back in my day. people nowadays irritate me with the gloves though, I wonder if they like the feeling like being a doctor or something 😂
He basically contaminated the entire kitchen touching almost EVERYTHING with those chicken juice infested gloves instead of just washing his hands when he was done touching the chicken 🤣😂😂
