Because of the fitment issues on the Sip Nordspeed exhaust I had to cut my panel. In this video we have a look at how I managed to save my good original lambretta panel.
a tip for you rob next time you do decals spray the surface with some soapy water and use your felt squeegee as normal . the water stops the decal sicking so you can reposition it if you need to cool lookin scooter👌

Great vid Rob & tricky job done well, looks good mate (Twins now). As for the spraying I use a "Spray Can Trigger Grip Handle" just gives me a better feel with a rattle can & cheap as chips 😉👍👍
Rob, you got me excited when you said you moving the decals and then remounting them as im looking to do the same but i cant see how im going to be left with enough of the 'pins' to peen over when re installing. And then you didn't show it 😢

The embelishers are fit with nuts and the emblems are just fit with speed clips, so no cutting of pins involved.

Either the exhaust isn't for the series 2 or its a poor design having to butcher a side panel 🤔
I have been sent a few photos of s3 with the same problem and some that fit perfect. Its piss poor manufacturing control.
