You should have mentioned the plastic IAT sensor and what tap to use!!Would have saved me a lot of time! BTW 10x1.25 tapered tap is required for anyone needing this information. Also, the plastic IAT can be remove whole with a reverse drill or easy out. Thanks!

Does the ecu come with the required version of the software pre-installed? If not, you should need to reference episode 92 for how to update it
I have the 30008 unit. Is swapping to the new ecu necessary or is it simply an optional upgrade?
This is an optional item.
Thanks Bryce, was just about to do this upgrade... very helpful!
What is the part number on the iat sensor?
Great video, maybe fitech can do a video on setting the IAC on the dual quad systems, thanks🏁🏁
The method is the same as a single throttle body. Just be sure to have the linkage set 1:1 at the start.
Hi, I have the 30002 model that is good for 400hp. I was wondering what CFM it is or if you even still go by that?
CFM is different with EFI. The TB flows 850 CFM.
@@FiTechEFImedia awesome thank you
Does the new master kits come with this?
We do not hold onto old stock. Any NEW product would come with the latest parts.
@@FiTechEFImedia That’s good to know thanks !
The 30002 ECU stops spraying fuel once it gets heat-soaked to 174 degrees. Does the new ECU fix this defect?
Even if you install a carb spacer?
To date the remote relay box version of ECU has a very low failure rate.
@@FiTechEFImediaare you talking about the EFI classic?
@@armygreenfj3924 I don't have enough clearance with my intake, despite using drop down base and polyurethane frame mounts to restrict rock.
@@armygreenfj3924 I guess...it's the 30002 model EFI4 600hp
