Jo this made me cry and I was not expecting that lol For context in my family I've been called a "Jack of All Trades but Master of None" so when I say I felt this, it felt this lol The theme of my current energy walking into the unknown with curiosity and excitement. In watching you be fearless and explain how you created your dream life, I realized how much fear I am still holding on to. But instead of being afraid of that fear and continuing this cycle I am choosing to do it scared, do it ugly and do it with genuine curiosity b/c I am worthy of creating my dream life. I've been following you for SO long now (and even met you once in a super market in LA/Koreatown 2016) and you inspire me SO MUCH! As a creative person, language lover and writer I can relate so much. It's not always easy find out what we really want and in which field we can really thrive. I'm also still on my journey and right now one of the things I really wanna do is getting more into TH-cam and being a fictional writer.

Wow it's funny how my own path just turned out in a really different way. I'm a huge language nerd but always been so indecisive and I ended up choosing a major that combines language and economics. Turned out I absolutely hated economics and wanna focus on language only. So I just took a big step and enrolled in another university for a translation degree. Never been so excited in my life and I finally know my direction.

I'm also a polyglot with a big personality who definitely 2ouod not suit being a translator or working for the UN 😅 I'm trying my best to figure things out for myself
It's really hard to get chosen to work for the UN. I'm saying this as someone who actually studied translation and worked in translation. Anyway, translation really doesn't pay well, so I'm changing careers.
While watching your Netflix show, I couldn't help but think that in due time, your name will be an entire travel entity on its own. It's the only thing that makes sense. Your light is extremely bright, too bright to share.

It’s so affirming to hear the it takes time. I’m trying to articulate this to my family and friends but I just feel like I’m the only one who understands the step by step of what needs to get done. This is giving me the motivation to stick through it whether people understand me or not.

As a creative I think I'd rather be a person who is decent at many things than really good at 1 thing, it helps with bigger projects that require team work cuz like you say if you want to teach someone how to clean a toilet you have to know how to do it yourself too. Another great video 🙏 thank you, I need to refine my routine for sure. Get myself excited/inspired earlier in the day, and make better connections with people.
