Sysmaim is analysis your system usage by checking frequency used apps and ready for you to get faster apps launches, in order I not recommended to disable sysmain because cause some nagative effects to system such as slowler apps launches, it is true that sysmain is analisys your computing by occupying your memory but it is highly recommended to leave it on. And as well as print spoofer because if you disable it not allow the user to print files to. A printer or converting a file to PDF and if you dont know about virtual memory dont touch virtual memory settings because it cause issues such as disk space is groueing up and also disable fast startup
Brother when I try to run the cmd , it’s say access denied because I don’t have sufficient privileges or the disk may be locked by another process.

try this: open resource monitor, click disk, see which task is taking most, google the problem
