if anyone wondering about registry edits: 1. ClearPageFileAtShutdown only improves security a bit, and not performance. Enabling it usually just slows down shutdown and even more, might reduce performance simply bcuz pagefile acts as an extension of RAM, therefore Windows gotta re-create the pagefile on each boot. 2. NDU is literally "Network Data Usage", not sure disabling it leads to any performance boost. But for sure, there have been issues with detecting new USB devices after disabling NDU, so consider this.

I don't usually comment on videos. However, I just have to say thank you! I was losing hope of fixing my high memory usage until I used the memory reduct program which sliced my memory in half! My memory was originally at 80%-89% to 35%-45%.
You can also switch to Revi Os using AME Wizard and it definitely helps a ton I used to get 90% ram and once I switch my ram dropped to 3% and it makes my system run so much smoother if you don’t feel safe using another OS then I can’t force you I just wanted to put that out there to help you or anyone needing more help you can also use msi afterburner which helps overclock your memory and increase or decrease fan speeds it has more settings and other things you can change but I don’t mess with anything other than what I mentioned still definitely best to go with what you think is best for yourself but I think it would help a lot
Max Power settings force the processor to work on the highest possible frequency increasing its temperature and can damage it over time sooner than later. This applies not only to the processor

Lemme tell you that i never saw such a low usage of ram on my Windows 11 machine. i had an average of 5-6 gigs of ram usage before i followed the guide, but after it my ram usage is about... My win11 pc i just got was like 7GB ram usage pretty much straight out of the box with hp omen software open at idle. Now just days later already over 9GB at idle. Hoping i can get this under control because this is trending terribly lol.
In task manager there is an option to disable the startup programs, the computer tells you which ate and aren’t necessary, before I cleaned task manager on startup I was using about 70% of ram which is terrible, after it uses about 26-30% on startup and tapers off.
To fix 100% cpu utilization (even at idle), Go into Control Panel, choose Power Options, on the chosen plan choose Change plan settings, write down the settings then choose Restore default settings for this plan. It should fix the problem immediately. Then you can change your settings to how you want. Simple fix
It fix my memory usage to 58% from 92% but when I restart and try to open applications such as steam and davinci studio suddenly my cpu usage spike to 98% then my ram usage 87% and my gpu to 100% i tried and restart my laptop but the cpu/memmory/gpu keep spiking up and i don't know what to do now😢 pls help

Wow it actually Genuinely Worked... i went from 67% ram usage all the way down to 15%-16% WOW!! did everything you said except for a couple of steps, i did the first couple of them and at first it went down from 67% to 50% which was better but i was like maybe i need to restart my pc after all these changes and man wow! insane difference thank you!! Also i have a 4090 Gpu, with a i9 13900 14 core and 64 gib of ram and at idle it was 67% was soooo confused thank you!
Not a bad video, I personally wouldn't recommend the registry section. It doesn't seem to be helpful for what is intended - optimization. Some people has already mentioned that here.

Did all the steps in the video and after restart my pc did not recognize my keyboard and mouse. They work fine while pc is booting up, but once the welcome screen of windows appears, they get disabled. (Mouse and keyboard) Still trying to fix it.. any suggestions?
None of these actually increases much of any perfomance apart from maybe changing the power plan from Balanced to High. Anyhow; Sysmain tho, is a Windows Service made for maintaing Stability when you first load any kind of Service. It exists mainly for Hard Disk Drives. It works by saving all Service's start up info into the RAM, so that when you Start the Windows for the First time, be it any time you start it up, It will keep the services Data in RAM, so that any App, that is opened, then closed, and you go to open it Again, after closing it (Example is a game that is loading, at first it will load very slow, and then the second time, when you close it, and you go to run it again, it will load similar to that of an SSD) It is particularly useless if you already have the SSD as your main Drive where Windows is Installed, as it will not help, but just make stupid interrupts for the CPU, which are not needed at all. Infact it can decrease perfomance in games that are CPU heavy, since it uses the CPU and RAM very heavily to optimize start up, which is kinda stupid ngl. I keep it disabled myself, since i saw a loss of 30 Frames when it is On, on a SSD, which is huge and i couldn't believe it until i tested many games to fact check myself. Tho If you have a Hard Disk?... Better option is to get an SSD.. not Sysmain, it will not help your Loading times when you first start your game/ or any service of that matter.
Just saying yall do NOT disable sysmain, the effect if you disable will just make ur cpu unstable for mine it stays around 45 with no apps, so just turn it automatic
I did all these steps to a brand new Dell laptop & it's still running at 7.7 outta 8 gb. I think it's the harmony endpoint anti-virus that's slowing everyone in the company down....
I have recently upgraded my ram from 4 gb to 8 gb and idk why when i had 4 gigs of ram windows would only idle at 1.5 memory usage but when i upgraded to 8 gigs my ram usage increased to 4gb
was running a minecraft server with 185 mods off my wifi including loading up the modpack on the same computer and my memory usage went from 16/32 gb to only 5-7 gb being used.
I watched a video you posted about Auto RAM Cleaner and it works just fine for my PC. However, my question is, does Memory Reduct work automatically or you have to work it manually like Empty Standby List?
Friends i simply say that don't use this settings i use this all methods nothing happens, if you see you ram management is good then this is temporary. If you use this then your pc have a problems like shutting down problem, restart problem. If you already used this then simply watch video end set backward settings that you changed.

in the performance options check the box next to "smooth edges of screen fonts", i noticed what you are talking about and that option fixes it

"Smooth Edges of screen font" is what needs to be checked on whenever the font looks weird.
