I want to add one more thing, in my point of view unacademy was the 1st edtech who brought the teachers at that much costs, made the teachers very famous, gave them the best infrastructure, quality of teaching and everything a teacher requires.... Ig teaching is now the highly paid jobs nowadays just because of unacademy....
They are so clever that even when the teacher leaves, they seek new admissions on the name of that teacher. And when student takes subscription, they get to know that the teacher has already left unacademy. Most unethical platform.

I have to say that I am learning a lot from these companies missteps regarding how they function and treat their people, so that I can hopefully make my startup do better for the community.
Healthcare and Education are two sectors that take quite long time to build reputation, because it needs to win people trust that happen within a period of time. However, with the money pumped by the investors, these edtechs promoted heavily, and hired the most expensive teachers. All in all, the overall primary motive of all stake holders, the owner, the investors and also the teachers was to make huge money in short period of time. No one cared about students genuinely. And when you dont care about your "real" customers, you are bound to fail.
@@sagarshridesh The part where the company has to keep the investor happy first and then worry about the customer and employees is why I am so adamant on building up the startup on a shoe string budget without outside funding and reinvest the revenue generated in future endavours. This path will take longer but at the very least I can direct the company vision.

Being a student I can confirm unacademy does not give a f about teachers or students. Bakwas company ha . I have seen 4-5 of my teachers leaving unacademy and some teachers joining unacademy and leaving in 2-3 months.

The reason I joined the unacademy class was due to seep pahuja mam but most of the sessions are taken by other teachers and few classes are given to seep mam so its literally like making fame out of them so..know I follow neet adda and they are literally slaying 😂and classes are really consistent and awesome ❤❤

Firstly,love for your subject is the primary step to crack any examination and only a good educator can develop that love in his students hence teacher student mein emotions rahena is necessary for good results...agar ye na hota to hum robots ban jate. Banking keliye best educators Aashish sir, Ankush sir and Nimisha ma'am hai and Unacademy ne humare educators ke against case file kiya hai...un logoki galti silf ek hai...they didn't want to delete their TH-cam channels because of those students jinke pas itna paisa nahi tha jo Unacademy ka subscription le and education is not a business but unacademy only thought about the privileged ones and not about everyone when education is the right of every citizen. So sir please before saying anything stupid just check what you are saying.
