That is one hell of a kitchen! I love cabbage. I usually throw onions in first, get them translucent then throw cabbage in and cook them down until they are almost carmalized then take it out and put in slices of pork loin, add a little sesame oil, light soy sauce and cook them until pork is no longer pink then take cabbage and onions and throw them back in the pan with the pork and cook it for another 5 minutes or so. But yours look really good. I think I will try your way for tomorrow night’s dinner. Just subscribed too!
