Marinated Mushrooms

For our second video, we really wanted to make sure we were stocking our pantry as well as serving a great and delicious recipe with everyone who chooses to share their valuable time with us here at Big Valley Living! Since we needed some more marinated mushrooms in our pantry, we figured we would share how easy it can be. This video follows the recipe provided in the USDA Complete Guide to Home Canning, 2015 Edition. Note that a 2023 Edition has been released!
Here's a cool thing! These mushrooms do NOT have to be pressure canned! Nope! We have steam-canned these. If you are a newbie, don't worry. Water bath canning is still a "thing!" Also, you do not need to buy a book for this recipe, because it can be found for free, online at: nchfp.uga.edu/...
