Here's a pinned comment with some thoughts: I feel the need to elaborate on what I mean by "great writing". @@randolphcarter1758That's because they don't even get Japanese Voices. KH1 Final Mix in Japan has no Japanese Voices. The Japanese audience is fine and even prefers it because of how they perceive the "International Version" of the games to be the true version of the game. So for a part of the Japanese community they only had English Voices for their experience. Which should completely change your outlook on how to interpret the translations. With Goofy's death, plus the loss of Valor Form, it makes the double jump from Master Form even more vital since we lose out on High Jump. Really makes you feel Goofy's absence. It's definitely an interesting way to feel such a sad death not only from a story perspective but from a gameplay perspective as well.
Man finding out KH3 wasn’t really planned/meant makes sooooo much sense. They really REALLY should’ve let the current arc end with 2. It wrapped things up so well. I don’t think the series needed to end, but definietly they shouldn’t have tried so hard to make 3 part of the arc from 1 and 2. The retconning jst became so obnoxious and ridiculous to me by the time we got to the third one. KH3 felt like baby’s first fanfic was allotted a budget of millions. 😅
Mickey may be an incredible keyblade wielder but he is still a disney character after all, can’t have mickey mouse going around saying “revenge is cool kids! Haha!”
Imagine being 6 and this being your first real video game. Not even playing either of the two previous games, or understanding RPG mechanics whatsoever. It’s a miracle I’m so attached to this series with that sort of intro, but it also speaks to just how fucking good this game is.
Pleasantly surprised to hear UNSIGHTED music. As someone who has spent a lot of time going in depth on this game's combat, I was expecting to know everything you'd talk about, but I surprisingly learned some stuff about the battle level balancing.
I found this channel through the MGS V analysis and immediately subscribed. I'm so happy I did because I get to enjoy the Kingdom Hearts videos. You are an amazing critic, writer, and video maker. The Goofy bit was inspired and was a pain to edit, I'm sure.
And once again even though I have many disagreements of opinions with you here (I'm particularly more lenient on kh2 original than you), this is a good video and I'm glad someone is making truly long form content about these games. Looking forward to the next entry. I only wish you'd be even more in depth and make these patrician style 10 hour reviews.
Holy cow I’m so glad I found this series, your reviews are spectacular! I can’t believe you haven’t blown up yet, glad to be here to watch your journey now!
The first video in this series quickly convinced me to subscribe. The second video convinced me that I needed to try the KH series if only to get to CoM and see how a realtime actionRPG/Deckbuilder would feel. This video has convinced me that this series is probably the best thing coming out on TH-cam right now. Seriously, I really appreciate how you can discuss all parts of a story; the themes, the characters, the events, the individual scenes, etc. And I love that you can discuss how they connect and how they can elevate, diminish, be elevated, or be dimished by each other and also the many aspects that video games bring (VA, music, gameplay). Hope you are enjoying making these as much as I enjoy the results!
Thanks for making this vid, Tetra. Because of it I actually went and played KHII Final Mix on Critical and had a blast. I still have to beat 12 of the 13 data forms and Lingering Will and almost gave up on the Roxas fight, but critical mode in two is one of my fav challenging experiences in game. It honestly makes me sad that Critical mode in the other games is not like KHIIFM's Also your analysis is excellent as always and I know I will be returning to watch this entire vid many times in the future.
1:41:00 There IS a way to switch targets and it's to hold L2 and move the stick left or right.... This is why manuals are important because it probably doesn't say it in the game.... But I hope this helps SOMEBODY !
Yeah, others have mentioned this. It’s in the control section of the original kh2 manual, but not the kh2.5 manual. It is listed under the “lock on” section however. Very bizarre.
Something you missed, if you miss that RC, which by the way it goes by fast and has a specific timing, you get hit by xemnas and he deals a lot of damage
Adding to the visual imagery at 2:24:19, if you look carefully you can see Riku chasing Mickey opposite side of Sora and the crew, also upside down too.
This was the game that changed everything for me, previously a huge FF fan and instead i ended up falling in love with the world and story in general, as always you're analysis is informative and entertaining 👍
@@enoyna1001 In the mobile game is explained that you need have a someone that remembers you , a vessel and way point to travel thought time. The three faries remember Malificent , her cape is the vessel and the way point.
Wow can't belive I recognize one of the background tracks being from rocket power Beach Bandits haha Great review so far! Been having your kh vids as background noise at work
Another great analysis and I share your vids with anyone that I can. I can't wait until we get into all the time fuckery in the later games. I always felt the concept of time travel, unless for comedic effect, was just an excuse for lazy writing.
I found that most Summons help get around Zexion's book attacks too. Most of them either have mechanics that can keep you alive, or enough AoE utility to find him quickly. Helps consume MP too, so you can use limits for the moments where you can actually damage him.
This is the only kingdom hearts game I've played, and as such I don't really have much nostalgia for it. But I do remember one thing clear as day. The only time I ever got the anti form was the stretch after goofy died. So for the longest time I thought it was a scripted event.
I just remembered this. As to Atlantica, it's worth sitting through the first, maybe second musical if you put the controller down. It's so much better if you let the quick time events fail throughout the musical.
I was going to cut in a montage of that but forgot about it during the production phase lol, it was the first time I did that and I cackled a number of times
Just want to say that I've enjoyed watching your deep dives into the KH series from what I've seen so far. The only notable point of criticism for me in this video is you apparently not trying the magnet spell on dancer nobodies. Definitely should give it a shot.
When I first played Kingdom Hearts I actually started with KH2. I played through the Roxas intro over about three hours and I was upset enough by the end of it that I cried and had to stop playing for the night. I hated Sora for being the reason Roxas's life was such a tragedy. I legit didn't pick the game back up for two weeks before I decided that I needed to see if Roxas got his happy ending by the end of the game. Lo and behold it would take a decade and a half for Roxas to be truly reunited with his friends.
I'm not up to speed on what happens in KH3 and been out of the loop with the franchise overall, does he reunite with his Twighlight Town friends? Because honestly to me, his friends will always be Hayner, Pence and Ollette. Axel too ofc, but I really don't like how they tried to replace his Twighlight Town gang in later games to keep up with the "trios" trope. I just adored their friendship when I played KH2 as a kid and kept thinking how cool it'd be to have a friend group like that irl. It made me really upset to see them slowly drift apart because of something completely out of Roxas' control. Even though poor guy was basically living an elaborate lie with them, they clearly meant a lot to him seeing as he kept reciting their names to anchor himself back to his "reality", and still they were cruely taken away from him in the end. Finding out that none of it was real and that the real Hayner, Pence and Olette probably never even heard of Roxas' name in their lives or knew of his existence absolutely broke my 10 year old's heart lol. So yeah, any form of closure with them is welcome tbh, even if it was a retcon. I also despised Sora for "taking over" since KH2 was the first and only KH game I ever played so I connected with Roxas so much. His part was serious and mysterious and weird in a good way (especially with the Dusks and Org XIII and all) it made me so invested in the game lore and Roxas' past, but it ended too quickly for me and now I have to control this goof for the rest of the game and his dumb friends who I don't care about through Disney worlds I'm not interested in to find his other friends who I also don't care about lol. Oops sorry for the rant!
So, I'd listened to quite a few KH retrospective series in the past few weeks, and as of this one, I've finally ended up going back to KHII and starting a Critical Run (which I've never actually done before, Proud yrs, but I'm not doing a zero xp one.) Mostly because once I got 1.5+2.5 reinstalled on my PS4, I discovered that my previous mostly completed save was gone. I just got into the gummi ship for the first time last night. It's been a ride so far, Axel was a lot more challenging than I remember
Them having to remember malifecent was actually explained in union cross When she was felled by sora in kh1, she tried going back in time to the bbs era, but one of the 13 darknesses set a trap for her in the data world In exchange for her help, the darkness would help her get back to her time (kh2) However to time travel, you need 2 things; 1. A version of you where you plan to go; and 2. Someone who remembers you in that time So after malifecent helped the darkness, the crow brought her cloak (1) to the faries, thus making them remember (2) her, and thus letting her revive at the beginning of kh2
16:15 Did anyone else think the menu tutorials were presented in a convoluted manner or is it just Tetramorre that thinks so? I wasn't expecting adding pictures to be described as a problem that makes the tutorial harder to understand. Anyways, at 16:28 to fix the message I think the message in the top right should say "When an item is consumed this will automatically re-equip the same item at the end of battle." The picture sequence should have labels saying "Before use, After use, After battle" on the same horizontal plane. Then, the message on the bottom is removed to avoid duplication. Also at 16:45 the complicated way to use Auto-Reload is so prominently displayed, he doesn't explain immediately that the shortcut way is shown in the bottom of the message. Sounds like the short way would have been better for the tutorial to show prominently to avoid people missing that "shortcut" at first. Then at 17:02, the MP Charge tutorial refuses to say in text that MP Charge disables spell usage until it "recharges fully." The best the game can muster is a red X on a magic icon in the middle of the image. I thought images were supposed to be supplemented with proper captions to maximize understanding? Page 2 at 17:07 is also bad, with an undecipherable message at the bottom that appears to try and imply two statements at once, that MP Charge can't be disabled for spells and abilities that use all MP, and that MP Charge also occurs if an ability uses up all MP (both are true by the way), but it comes off as poorly translated text. Overall, the menu tutorials seem more poorly thought out than I remember.
@@Tetramorre Yeah I'm not sure, the only way I knew about it was I remembered reading it in the manual from vanilla KH2 when I was a kid lol. No idea how people are supposed to know about it these days.
After watching this video fully, I'm pretty confident in saying that your KH analysis in general is probably the best one on TH-cam I have seen to far. Especially with this game right here. My personal journey with the series started with KH CoM on the GBA. Obviously, I was highly confused by everything, but I loved it for it's style and how high the quality was. I also really liked the gameplay and the voice acting. (Just editing this in here: I think KH CoM for the GBA is one of the better games in the series. I would rank it as the third best one in terms of quality. Right after KH 1 and 2). Years later I would play KH 1 and enjoy it. It wasn't a mindblowing game, but certainly one which sticks in my memorys for positive reasons...mostly. xD I wouldn't mind replaying it, but it's not a must-play in my opinion. A few years later I played 358/2 days and enjoyed that game VERY much. I think the reasons for why I enjoyed it so much are perfectly outlined in KingK's video on the game. But yes. I played 358/2 Days before I even knew KH 2 existed... I just saw it in the store and picked it up and thought it was awesome. That, sadly, is also one of the reasons why I like Roxas more than Sora. Well, after that I played KH 2 once it was released for the PS3 and...I was highly disappointed. I thought the story was pretty good and enjoyable and the gameplay was fun, but...I still was disappointed. Why though? If I enjoyed the game why was I disappointed? Well, it's because of how much the fans of KH 2 actually fanboy it. I was expecting an almost flawless masterpiece the likes of which I could only dream about. Instead all I got was just a...really good game with a lot of flaws. One of the biggest ,,Oh...this is actually not as good as people make it out to be"-moments came with the Captain Barbossa bossfight. I lost that bossfight multiple times due to Jack dying and it took me a while until I realized that Jacks death would result in an game over. Every time you lose that bossfight, you had to walk through the previous room again, which felt really annoying after a while due to losing being kinda random. After a while I became good at it and actually had fun fighting him, but Jacks death resulting in an game over is...stupid, in my opinion. Another thing I really disliked about KH 2 was the entire Pride Lands world. Yes. I hated almost everything about it except the cutscenes. Those were...fine. I just disliked how the core gameplay actually shifted towards something I disliked... I think that's what makes this video right here the best one on KH 2 I have seen so far. You actually talk about the flaws the game got. Yes, there are other videos on TH-cam which also talk about KH 2 flaws. But I think what makes this one right here stand out is, how you showed the flaws but also made clear that these flaws don't have to ruin the game for anyone. Yes, some bosses and design decisions are pretty bad. But the game overall is still very much a fun time and really enjoyable. It's just not the masterpiece many people make it out to be. BUT(!) it's the best one in the series. Everything after KH 2 was just bad, in my opinion. BBS is just terrible, DDD is fine, but dragged down by stupid decisions and 3 is just...I can't even put into words how I feel about 3. Also, the games after 2 sadly dragged KH 2's story down a bit. You mentioned that we don't know what actually is written in the letter from King Micky at the end of the game. And yes, if we ignore the future games we don't know it. Once upon a time, that cliffhanger was pretty good. But if we look at Re:coded we suddenly do know what's written in it which somewhat damages the good conclusion of 2. Same thing with the secret movie in 2 (the one with Terra, Ventus and Aqua). That movie is truly amazing to watch. Every single aspect about it is amazing. But nowadays we have story context for that secret movie due to BBS being...a game that exists. BBS being pretty mediocre drags down KH 2's secret ending by a lot, sadly. Especially if you factor in BBS's payoff in KH 3 which was just....so so bad... Also, Xehanords character was, in my opinion, completly ruined by DDD and 3. Which also somehwta got negative effects on KH 2's secret ending movie. Honestly, if everything about Terra, Ventus and Aqua was just removed from the Canon, the whole series would be better of for it. If we just look at every characters story from the start of KH 1 up until the end of KH 2, it's pretty good and enjoyable. But once we factor in any spin-off game after KH 2 (except 358/2 days, in my opinion), the whole story just gets worse. Even the games which had a good story just become worse due to BBS, Re:Coded's or DDD's existence alone. Well, in short(er): I think you hit the nail on the head with this video. And I can't wait for your future KH videos. Especially for your video on KH BBS. I can't believe how popular that game is despite being...pretty bad. And if you disagree with that, that is totally fine by me, obviously. But somehow, I get the feeling you actually don't like KH BBS...but well. Only time will tell me. xD You clearly have a lot of passion for KH and especially for your content on youtube. I truly hope your channel will blow up soon in popularity. You deserve it. Great stuff! 👍
Thanks for this very well thought out comment. Showing something’s flaws without acting like they can somehow destroy any enjoyment you could have for a game is one of the biggest things I try to do with my analysis. It’s not a stance that gets a lot of attention but I think it’s more interesting and certainly more fair. Yeah, I don’t know how BBS is going to go. I want to, as I did with all these games, go into it with an open mind and try to see it for what it is, not what I wanted it to be back when I played it. I don’t often talk about games that I just don’t like much on this channel (the only one that comes to mind is MGS2), and so I’m not sure what I’m going to do if faced with discussing a kh game that I just can’t stand. But hey, you’ve gotta take the good with the bad, and hopefully my appreciation for the series as a whole will be increased in doing so. Anyway, thanks again, this was a good read and I felt very validated by the end lol
@@Tetramorre One thing I forgot to mention is: I really like the humor you put into this 4 hour video. The ,,Goofy is dead"-joke was extremly well executed and actually had me laughing pretty good.😄Really great job with everything here! And again: I truly hope your efforts will get you results sooner or later. You most certainly deserve it. Good luck.👍
So limit form doesn't actually require you to be in combat to level up, you do need to be in combat to initiate a limit move however there's a window of about 5-8 seconds after using a limit move where you can use it again regardless of whether or not there are enemies, so I just spammed it over and over until my drive gauge ran out to level it up asap cause I needed that dodge roll lol
It’s funny because on first playthrough I hated Roxas and was so confused as to where Sora was (Didn’t play CoM because of card game battle system). But in retrospect, I personally find Roxas MILES more compelling/interesting/endearing a character than Sora. Sora isn’t bad, he’s likeable. Just Roxas and the Org has so much more going for it. Maybe that’s another reason I didn’t care for KH3. I feel like Sora never grew in complexity and his story (and the island trio) had already lost its intrigue.
Hopefully that's the only thing I missed. In my defense, it says nothing about that in the controls section of the manual, but does say it in the lock-on portion later on.
Thanks for explaining the damage calculation, but does this mean the party members PM is set to 1 or lower, because their damage output against large enemies and bosses are essentially chip damage.
Can’t remember at the moment, the source for this info is pretty readily available though just search “kh2fm damage calculation” or something and it’ll be somewhere there. Party members generally have low damage output in kh2 though
There actually is a way to "quickly" change targets. At least in the default camera setting, holding R2 will make the right analog stick change targets with zero auditory feedback. It's so obscure and awkward that it may as well not exist.
Weird parallel i found between 2 nomura games, the final arena for xemnas in zebra coat, and the final boss of Neo TWEWY look like negatives of each other, and the skybox on the box arts of kh3 and NTWEWY look similar too
@@Tetramorre I agree, however my fight with lexaes was so annoying cause most magic doesn't work on him and I had him on a sliver for like 5 minutes cause my combos were do long and I didn't realize you can press □ to cut the combo short and hit the finisher early lol I was getting quite frustrated

Yeah we knew that for 13 years
I’m pretty sure KH2 wasn’t really meant to be either
I was hoping you'd include the "I can't help you with revenge" Mickey clip, and you did not disapoint
Mickey may be an incredible keyblade wielder but he is still a disney character after all, can’t have mickey mouse going around saying “revenge is cool kids! Haha!”
@@Tetramorre I think that Mickey Mouse, the Rat King myself, saying the word "revenge" is funny enough
Imagine being 6 and this being your first real video game. Not even playing either of the two previous games, or understanding RPG mechanics whatsoever. It’s a miracle I’m so attached to this series with that sort of intro, but it also speaks to just how fucking good this game is.
I like KH2 so much. The story really gets to me. As someone in their 40s...the "summer vacation is over" line truly hits hard...your work is so good!
Alsi...you are right...Sanctuary is tur best opener
Didn't manage to watch the whole thing yesterday only to find the original upload hidden when I woke up. So glad You reuploaded so quickly!
Not sure why you’re popping up in my feed only now but this is my kind of content. Keep it up.
Listened to this while playing kh2 on ps4. Truly peak gaming experience. Also the Jessie McCartney Roxas music video killed me
The first video in this series quickly convinced me to subscribe.
Thanks friend! This is very kind and also very much what I’m going for. Glad you decided to try the series!
Dude your videos of kingdom hearts are incredible, im 30 and watching you vids . They’re awesome
Can't wait to dig into this. Thanks for all the hard work that you do.
Roxas singing Beutiful Soul to Namine while being towed by Diz on a tractor is not what I expected today, thank you!
4:03:20 man, and they juuust missed Aqua. Guess she’ll have to wait a couple decades longer.
It honestly makes me sad that Critical mode in the other games is not like KHIIFM's
Also your analysis is excellent as always and I know I will be returning to watch this entire vid many times in the future.
1:41:00
There IS a way to switch targets and it's to hold L2 and move the stick left or right....
Yessss, I had forgotten about this and then saw your name pop up in Patricians Skyrim video. Please keep making these
Excellent job explaining mechanics as usual. Looking forward to more of your work.
Adding to the visual imagery at 2:24:19, if you look carefully you can see Riku chasing Mickey opposite side of Sora and the crew, also upside down too.
Dang, forgot how heart warming the ending was for this game.
43:04:
Merrywearher: This journey will be twice as difficult as the last.
Me: * insert Tidus laugh here *
Twice as long maybe but definitely not twice as difficult 😂
36:58 simply iconic. Makes me tear up everytime.
Going through the video and loving it! Also for some reason this made me want an Asura's Wrath analysis
This was the game that changed everything for me, previously a huge FF fan and instead i ended up falling in love with the world and story in general, as always you're analysis is informative and entertaining 👍
Telling Roxas he wasn’t posed to exist despite him technically being one of the oldest characters in the franchise is kinda hilarious
oldest charecters in the franchise?? howso? unless youre talkin about ventus
That's Ventus, mate. Yeah, they look the same but...
2:40:55 so maybe thats why KH3 Data battles and secret boss warp away during phases.
Mad props to you for not using the negative combo Fenrir cheese to beat every superboss
Rikku "Why? Why do you have the key blade?"
Roxas "Shut up!"
ME "Who wrote this?"
43:23 This scene is a whole more sense after all the mobile games story concluded.. I find cool even its kinda of a retcon.
Could you elaborate?
@@enoyna1001 In the mobile game is explained that you need have a someone that remembers you , a vessel and way point to travel thought time.
The three faries remember Malificent , her cape is the vessel and the way point.
@@alsaiduq4363 Thanks, but lol wtf
Midway through the video, but I have to give props to someone who recognizes the greatness of the Beach Bandits soundtrack.
Wow can't belive I recognize one of the background tracks being from rocket power Beach Bandits haha
Great review so far! Been having your kh vids as background noise at work
Another great analysis and I share your vids with anyone that I can. I can't wait until we get into all the time fuckery in the later games. I always felt the concept of time travel, unless for comedic effect, was just an excuse for lazy writing.
I love videos where i need to watch it over a week ❤️ thank you for your content
That's Skellington Tornado during the Lock, Shock, and Barrel fight is pretty handy!
Sora was either counting Jiminy or Roxas as the sixth.
Or Yen Sid
You don't need to interrupt Sephiroths Heartless Angel attack. If you time cure right, you can have the heal kick in after the attack
I found that most Summons help get around Zexion's book attacks too. Most of them either have mechanics that can keep you alive, or enough AoE utility to find him quickly. Helps consume MP too, so you can use limits for the moments where you can actually damage him.
Exceptional content I will be binging all of it
Atlantica could be used by the CIA in torture rooms
This is the only kingdom hearts game I've played, and as such I don't really have much nostalgia for it. But I do remember one thing clear as day. The only time I ever got the anti form was the stretch after goofy died. So for the longest time I thought it was a scripted event.
great video as always!
I think Auron was going to say: "I'm just an unsent."
6:24 content creators when TH-cam’s algorithm starts arbitrarily censoring certain words
I told you I’d repost the comment from the last upload
I'm calling it now, Jafar being a consistent queen and sucking every single appearance is somehow going to become a plot point in a future kh.
@@Tetramorre Aaah, bummer! I imagine a lot of people missed out on that. Made going to Atlantica worthwhile for that.
Great video, Thanks for the hard work, it definitely paid off.
Just want to say that I've enjoyed watching your deep dives into the KH series from what I've seen so far. The only notable point of criticism for me in this video is you apparently not trying the magnet spell on dancer nobodies. Definitely should give it a shot.
Oh I did, especially on my (mostly unrecorded) lvl 1 playthrough for this video. Doesn’t mean they don’t suck still lol
@@Tetramorre Fair enough, but you made no mention of magnet being a nice way to interrupt that awful run ending move of theirs. >u>
Them having to remember malifecent was actually explained in union cross
When she was felled by sora in kh1, she tried going back in time to the bbs era, but one of the 13 darknesses set a trap for her in the data world
In exchange for her help, the darkness would help her get back to her time (kh2)
However to time travel, you need 2 things; 1. A version of you where you plan to go; and 2. Someone who remembers you in that time
So after malifecent helped the darkness, the crow brought her cloak (1) to the faries, thus making them remember (2) her, and thus letting her revive at the beginning of kh2
Holding R2 allows you to change your lock-on target with the right stick
Right, I think someone else commented that too but I realized this wasn’t listed on the control diagram or something, maybe I’m wrong
@@Tetramorre Yeah I'm not sure, the only way I knew about it was I remembered reading it in the manual from vanilla KH2 when I was a kid lol. No idea how people are supposed to know about it these days.
1:56:27 it's like i can still hear him
Another banger!
(Just editing this in here:
I think KH CoM for the GBA is one of the better games in the series. I would rank it as the third best one in terms of quality. Right after KH 1 and 2).
Years later I would play KH 1 and enjoy it. It wasn't a mindblowing game, but certainly one which sticks in my memorys for positive reasons...mostly. xD
I wouldn't mind replaying it, but it's not a must-play in my opinion.
One of the biggest
,,Oh...this is actually not as good as people make it out to be"-moments
came with the Captain Barbossa bossfight.
Well, in short(er):
I think you hit the nail on the head with this video.
Only time will tell me. xD
You clearly have a lot of passion for KH and especially for your content on youtube.
@@Tetramorre One thing I forgot to mention is:
I really like the humor you put into this 4 hour video. The ,,Goofy is dead"-joke was extremly well executed and actually had me laughing pretty good.😄Really great job with everything here!
And again:
I truly hope your efforts will get you results sooner or later.
01:55:45 get up on the Heartless's back! 😅😂
Mickey: They'll PAY for this....... >:(
Also Mickey: Sorry pal, I can't help with revenge :(
KH2 is my favorite and the best imo and I’ll die on that hill lol. KH1 is pretty good too.
You can use R2 + Right stick to swap between enemies locked on.
Hopefully that's the only thing I missed. In my defense, it says nothing about that in the controls section of the manual, but does say it in the lock-on portion later on.
Don't worry, I didn't realized you could do that until years later
Thanks for explaining the damage calculation, but does this mean the party members PM is set to 1 or lower, because their damage output against large enemies and bosses are essentially chip damage.
Can’t remember at the moment, the source for this info is pretty readily available though just search “kh2fm damage calculation” or something and it’ll be somewhere there. Party members generally have low damage output in kh2 though
Roxas fight was peak kh2 and I feel blessed to have played the final mix as my first play through but holy FUCK it took forever to beat him
There actually is a way to "quickly" change targets. At least in the default camera setting, holding R2 will make the right analog stick change targets with zero auditory feedback. It's so obscure and awkward that it may as well not exist.
Not only did Jim Cummings played winnie the pooh and Pete, but he's also tha VA for Optimus Prime and The Master from fallout 1!
Weird parallel i found between 2 nomura games, the final arena for xemnas in zebra coat, and the final boss of Neo TWEWY look like negatives of each other, and the skybox on the box arts of kh3 and NTWEWY look similar too
Just noticed this had 999 likes. It feels good to see it go from 999 to 1k.
I assume the resistance value in the damage calculation would have to be a decimal in order to reduce the incoming dmg correct?
Right. It could also increase damage by being a decimal above 1.
The reason a combo and magic have to be used to kill a boss is so you can't kill a boss with mickey since he has no finishing move or magic
Right, but it sure does look cool
@@Tetramorre I agree, however my fight with lexaes was so annoying cause most magic doesn't work on him and I had him on a sliver for like 5 minutes cause my combos were do long and I didn't realize you can press □ to cut the combo short and hit the finisher early lol I was getting quite frustrated
