You think the jury will convict him after he clearly said no to killing susan?
That has to be reasonable doubt, no? LOL
@@Hobopower84 theres no evidence he was even in the house ,the jury knows someone would of saw durst around the crime scene if he was there
@@mikewilson9236 Oh he was there and/or responsible for her death. Otherwise, he would not have written the cadaver note.
@@Hobopower84 writing the cadaver note doesnt make you the killer ,he admitted to writtng the note but he never admitted to being at the scene of the crime
@@mikewilson9236 Did he just have some wild premonition that there would be a dead body at his best friend's house? Is this Douglas Oliver's burner account?
Life or electric chair is what he deserves .
The jury is going to walk him ,theres not a byte of evidence durst ever was in susans house and the night she died she dropped her manager off ,thats reasonable doubt in California
@@Monica-hv4rf they'll walk him
@@Monica-hv4rf durst was the most sloppiest killer in the history of Galveston texas ,he loaded the apartment with 1000 points of evidence linking him to morris - and morris was shot with a hand gun but so was susan but with susan there wasnt even a trace of evidence proving he was there
@@Monica-hv4rf his age? 11?
Agree...not a single piece of evidence linking the defendant to the death of Susan Berman. Fatso Lewin did a good job prosecuting the murder case of Kathy Durst, however.
Are you kidding? Durst admitted being in Susan’s house the night she was murders, admitted finding her body & admitted writing the cadaver note & mailing it to the police!! That’s straight from his mouth.
Alot of those house on that street had security cameras on that street , the police never asked for security tape from anyone -a few months before susan there was a police officer that shot and killed a man in a Halloween costume by mistake 1.4 miles from susans front door , google it if you want , theres waaay to much reasonable doubt i can assure you the women on that jury are more concerned with convicting the correct person that killed susan that convicting robert durst
Ffs lewin are you freaking scared
Didn’t the judge make a grave error in stating “Mr Durst, you’ll have time to speak to me.” ? It implies he will be convicted. I’m not passing any judgement on innocence here. Far from it.
That's not what that means or even implies. The judge doesn't convict or acquit. The jury does.
I thought that was Lewin the prosecutor
This man is half dead already. Leave him alone. I don’t understand why half of the stuff that has been presented in this case has been allowed.
He heartlessly killed 3 people, in what world does he deserve to be “left alone”?!?! You need help
@@teenagekrabklub He was found not guilty in one of those and was never charged in the other. 🤷🏻♀️
@@KateMich12 ahh yes, because the justice system isn’t deeply flawed and people never get paid off by the wealthy.
@@teenagekrabklub Of course it is and of course they do but those are the facts. The trial where he was acquitted should not have been introduced here and will be a reason for appeal.
@@KateMich12 all of that aside, he’s now standing trial for yet another murder, for very good reason. Why, pray tell, should he not have to be held accountable for his actions?
this testimony is a mess lmao
